They started the job and completeded is as they promised. The trenches we all hand dug and they took special care to replace the sod to its original form. Our neighbors were amazed that our yard could look so good when they left. The operation of the system was explained in detail and in a professional manner by Ricky. We hightly recommend their services.

I had a coupon for the work for which I paid $49.00. There were 3 sprinkler heads that needed replacement for which he charged a very fair additional amount. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a service company. He was on time, prepared, courteous, efficient, professional, and very very nice. I thought he could easily have charged more for the repair service and was pleasantly surprised at how fair he was. The work took about 45 minutes give or take and everything was done. He gave me some tips on keeping the system in good working order. I couldn't be more pleased with his service and will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

He came out for the money that Angie’s list had run the special for. Then he came back for another work. The complaints that I have with him is that, he doesn’t live near my house. His business is way out in Richmond, Texas. He is having hard time getting in to these appointments. Let’s say, he has to come on Monday and then he says he is not coming into town and that he would come on Wednesday. Then he calls on Wednesday and says that he is not coming as he is not having appointments in town. He is a nice guy but he needs to be there if he makes an appointment; he showed up the first time. When I had to pay him, he kept blowing me off. He took him several weeks to get him out there. I have recommended him to one of friend. He is not a bad guy. He has to be timely with his appointments. His price is fine. I would use him in the future.

.My concern was adequacy of coverage and proper amount of 'watering' for each sprinkler station. The add claimed the system would be adjusted for correct watering; this did not happen. The owner explained an analysis of the amount of water applied by each station would require considerable time and was not part of their tuneup contract. This Angie's List special, with pre-payment to the provider, was not a 'deal'. The service was less than advertised and was commensurate with the fee charged.

Really great. I bought one of those coupon deals from Angies List for an irrigation inspection. He came out, inspected the entire system, gave me a great quote to make the many repairs my system needed. I had many broken sprinkler heads courtesy of my former lawn service. He reprogrammed my timer unit. Everything was done fast and cheap. Absolutely great deal.

Two men from the company showed up right on time. They performed the spring checkup and adjusted the direction of several sprinklers. No sprinkler heads needed replacing and they didn't try to up sell on anything. Then they showed me the problem with the programming of the system that was causing the double running. I was impressed with how they operated and will certainly be using them for future checkups and repairs.

Wonderful. I have had systems in other homes and Ricky knows what he is doing and uses quality hard-working crews. The equipment was top notch and the work was completed in one day. The controller he recommended is intuitive and well designed. I would highly recommend his work, and will use him again for any maintenance down the road.

We were in need of a spring check up for our sprinkler system and contacted Rainscape. What struck us was the response time to our request. We had called on a Thursday and Ricky told us he could come out on Tuesday. It rained on Tuesday and Ricky contacted us and rescheduled for Thursday. Ricky arrived right on time and did an extremely thorough job in showing us what angles each station needed to be at as well as how often we should be watering our lawn. We asked several questions about the basics of our sprinkler system and Ricky was extremely helpful in addressing my wife's concerns. I was very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of our sprinkler system. I would highly recommend them!

We appreciate Ricky coming to look at our system. He was punctual and did a thorough job inspecting each of the zones. Moreover, I greatly appreciate his honesty and the fact that he did not try to up-sell or state that there is a problem when there wasn't. We highly recommend Ricky without reservation and we'll be calling him for seasonal tune-ups/winterizing and any other time we need our sprinkler system serviced.

He was done in 15 minutes and said everything was fine. I felt like that was not enough time spent. I asked him specifically if he had checked out the PVB, and he had not. We walked over there together and he showed me how to properly turn it off in case of a freeze. I asked how he could tell if I had a leak and he said he walks the yard looking for soggy spots. I felt like he should have done more, so I was not very satisfied with his service.

The crew worked quickly and took all necessary steps to restore the system to full operation.

A representative from RainScape contacted me and I advised them that my sprinkler system needed a check up. He arranged to come to my house and check out my system. Advised that the system was working properly but recommended I add one additional sprinkler head, which I agreed to. Did the job in one afternoon, very professional and courteous.

I purchased a coupon via Angies List for irrigations "check up. I called Rainscapes and they were able to set an appointment at my convenience. He arrived on time and completed the review and reset of the system per my request. he offered some very sensible suggestions for better coverage. He was very nice, provessional and knowledgeable.

They were scheduled to start in early January, but called and started 1 week early. They were only able to irrigate the front yard that day because the parts houses were closed and they did not have all the needed fittings. So they came the following week and finished up. It was slightly delayed because of all the rain that we had, and the area was extremely muddy, but the job was accomplished on Friday and the area was cleaned up as much as possible. By Monday, the area much was dryer and I am very pleased with the work accomplished.

Rickey answered his phone, set the appointment, came out on a Friday on time. I showed where I thought the problem areas were. The ground was too wet from the leak to find the exact problem, so he shut of the main sprinkler valve and we set an appointment to come out the following wednesday after the ground had a chance to dry. He was early, since he finished another appointment a head of schedule. Rickey and another helper dug up the ground and found the leak in one of the valves. There were two valves and a sprinkler head in the same location. He replaced the valve and put the ground back. He replace the broken head with a rotary head for better coverage in another zone. Tested the rest of the system for coverage and problems. I also had him give me a quote on a new system for a rental property. He went to the property that day and emailed me the quote the next day.

It was absolutely wonderful and I wouldn't have any hesitation using them again for anything. It was beautiful and glitch free. I got the fairest price out of every bid that I took. The owner gave us the bid and it was completely professional. He gave us a set number of zones that he said would keep the whole foundation wet. When they came to put it in, he apologized and said that he had miscalculated and another zone would be needed. He didn't charge any additional money because he had already given us the quote. It was probably $4-500. The gentlemen cleaned up after themselves. We can’t say enough good things. One of the guys watered all my plants before we left. They are fair. We had checked them out. Their work is warranted and they got the proper permits. They knew what they were doing.

I had attempted without success to make a repair on my lawn irrigation system. I contacted another irrigation company (not an Angie's List company) to come out to give me an estimate on the repair. Even after several calls, the guy never came out. I got Rainscape from Angie's List and spoke to Ricky about coming out. He came out when he said he would, gave me a good price, made the repair and told when I tested the system, to let him know if I had any problems.

Absolutely fantastic! Ricky was a class A professional, explaining what he was doing, what my options were, and how much each might cost. Locating the broken wire turned out to be a long job, so after a half-hour, or so, he pointed out that it might be better to just run a new wire to the valve, rather than spend all this time hunting for the break. That didn't take long, and he stayed to check on the work, as well as returned a few days later to raise the two sprinklers for me (at no extra charge). He did everything as requested, quickly, on-time, and was pleasant and professional.
