Description of Work: After having a horrible experience with Irrigation Design Services- which I would never EVER use again, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with competence. Not only did Ricky explain to me what the problem but he actually did the job the other company was paid to do. He was a savior.

Description of Work: Can't remember service date. Adjusted and serviced sprinkler system and explained how it worked. We'd recently bought the house and it was setup strangely wiht too many automated programs. They fixed it. I had them come back later when some yard work revealed pipes that I thought might belong to sprinkler system. they removed for me. They are great to work with. Go above and beyond.

Description of Work: Rainscape was right on time and stayed in contact with me in advance of the appointment. When he got here he went right to work to start the tune up. When complete I asked him to walk me through my system because we had just bought the home and I have not been the owner of a sprinkler system before. He took his time to explain various aspects and features of the system. He was very informative and I would recommend to others.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and did a complete inspection of my lawn irrigation system to include cleaning all sprinkler heads, adjusting the spray patterns, raising all of the sprinkler heads that had sunk back to their recommended height, and calibrating the control system. The owner and his employee were well mannered and very presentable. I feel very comfortable recommending them.

Description of Work: The sprinkler guy came out and looked over our system and fixed some settings on our programs we couldn't figure out. He also adjusted the sprinkler heads. We had more sprinkler heads than the cost was supposed to cover but he didn't charge us extra. They were extremely professional, very couteous and competent. I will call them again when needed.
