+ -1 moreI had numerous quotes from suppliers that averaged about $7,000 more, than what Otoneil did for us. I felt we got excellent work for a more than fair price. Other contractors were hesitant about replacing wood around windows and under eaves without additional money. Otoneil did replace every piece of wood and they did a fabulous job. The work was done incredibly fast. Cleanup was very thorough as well. They also found some significant wood rot on the covered patio and garage, because of improper construction. They repaired this additional damage at cost and were able to complete everything within our budget. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Replacement of 100% of exterior wood with Hardy Plank on 1,700 Sq Ft House, including the garage and a covered patio area.
