Mike's Complete Landscape and Yard Maintenance has been servicing the greater Houston, Fulshear, Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond and Cinco Ranch are for over 40 years and is excited to announce they now have expanded to the San Antonio Area. Description of Work: We had a few quotes and some were slightly cheaper but the professionalism of Mikes employees was worth it! We didn’t have a good idea of what we really wanted and when they came to give us a quote they helped with the design. They were done with everything in a day and let me say, you definitely get what you pay for. They even went above and did some extra things! Amazing work and amazing customer service!

Description of Work: Failed to provide White Marble stones as was agreed during visit for quote and contract. Stepping stones were lower than the inferior chips (most chips weren't even white) they actually provided intead of on top of the white marble. Marble was thrown haphazardly as if they were in a hurry. | |I did pay a nice tip to the three workers because I know they are not making good money, owner of company tried to use that against me that that tip indicated I was satisfied..........We were not satified with the quality of their work and their refusal to make it right without charging us more money. | |I cannot recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors.

Unfortunately, we were unable to satisfy the lady of the house. No matter what we did to try and please her, it wasn't good enough. Her husband, however, seemed to be exceptionally satisfied when we did a final walk through. In all honesty, she mentioned she had problems with contractors in the past. Now, we understand why.

On August 15th @ 1:49 p.m., we emailed this customer advising her that we were available Monday or Tuesday between 9 - 2 and to please choose an hour window that worked for her. We never received an email back.

Description of Work: I've had the same man doing my lawns for years - he retired... I got a bid on 3 of my properties for weekly mowing from Mike. Mike's Complete Landscaping quoted me $589.96 a week - WAY OVER THE TOP. I got a recommendation from a friend. My new lawn service quoted me $370.00 for the first mow (the lawns were overgrown) and $185 a week thereafter. Ted, my new lawn man, has been in business for 10 years and did an excellent job. Seriously this is a difference of $404.96 a WEEK. I found Mike's Complete Landscaping bid to be insulting to my intelligence. I can't imagine someone really paying this much more than everyone else. I even asked him several times if this was an accurate bid - maybe a one time fee. No, this was for weekly service.
