Mike's Complete Landscaping

Work went great! Their office was always very prompt with communication and they were flexible with their schedule. On the day of work, they showed up early and finished on time. And they did a great job! This is my second time to use Mike's as a landscaper and I'll be using them again.

I used Mike's Landscaping I believe. It's going fine. They're good.

They failed to complete our project. We requested to have marble stone. They overcharged us and they did not do what my wife asked. They were very demanding with getting paid immediately. The stepping stones that we requested for they did not set them properly. The stepping stones were supposed to be above the marble stone. They did not use marble stone they used cheap marble chips that looked like pebbles. They were not the right color that my wife wanted. My wife met with the owner Mike on 3/23/16 and the office manager spoke with my wife stating that they are not willing to correct their mistakes.

Mike's is a full service lawn care and landscaping company. In addition to doing weekly lawn care, they have a full range of landscaping services available. My wife has several projects for him to do this spring. Glad we found him.

It was an all day job and the crew did a great job getting it done. The beds look amazing in the front and back, especially the hardscaping. They re-used the materials the builder had originally used to line the beds and built a two high wall around all the beds and tress. Well worth the money based on the outcome!

Mike and an assistant arrived on time and quickly repaired, then checked the sprinklers and attachments the dog had pulled out. They were pleasant and professional and did a good job. I would and will use them again

Carlos and his team were professional and courteous. He wanted to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. He also made sure the sprinkler system that had been previously setup was functioning correctly and properly programmed. I am now using this company for routine yard maintenance.

It was a wonderful experience. The backyard is beautiful now. Mike and his team are very reliable and experienced.

Mike was very professional and extremely efficient. I went with his company because he is very easy to work with. Once he came out to talk about the work initially, I could see a few more things that I wanted done and he easily added those things and gave me suggestions that would maximize the cost. I also changed the request at the last minute and had a change of estimate within 24 hours. His estimate came in under budget. He was on time and on site the entire time. I will definitely use him again. I have never had a landscape company come across as easily to work with as he did. Thanks, Mike

Mike's is very professional and responsive. They do a great job. I have used them now for the past 3 years and have never had any problems. When I email Mike, I get a response within 24hrs. I would definitely recommend these guys.

The person managing the work was very nice and thoughtful. He had good ideas on where to move stuff around. However, a lot of the seasonal stuff was randomly placed and uneven. Stuff planted around the trees was very off balanced. The manager left before the work was done and told me that the crew would clean up, but they did not. They left a mess for me to clean up. IT seemed expensive for the work they did. I have had people do it for cheaper and do a better job.

The only problem is that I needed the job done asap due to leaving town, and Mike's crew would have to wait until next week to fit me in their rotation. The timing didn't work for me this time.

Called number listed and got answering machine. Left message and number to call me back and no response. Followed up once and same thing.

Mike and his crew have been maintaining my lawn for a couple of years now and I have never had an issue with their service. The yard always looks great and his team has been with him for years which speaks to how he treats his staff. They are very respectful and make every effort to make sure that all trash and debris are gathered so the yard looks at its best, not just a quick mow and edge job. Highly recommended!

They responded promptly and communicated well. Mike insisted on meeting at the site to be sure we were on the same page as to what was to be done. I needed to clarify some things and he accepted. The work was done when promised and they did an excellent job. A bit expensive but removing the saplings and small trees wasn't easy. I would definitely hire them again. Unfortunately they said they said they don't do weekly yard maintenance in my Oak Forest neighborhood.

Mike was very responsive to phone calls and emails. gave great price and landscaping work was wonderful. crew showed up on time, finished the job in 1 day, and cleaned up when they left. will definitely use them again!

We are thoroughly satisfied, except that we did not get a bill for our first two months of lawn service and had to e-mail them to get issue correted.

Overall, Mike's Team did a good job and I was satisfied with the job performed. The only reason why I gave a B overall instead of an A is due to the price. The original price estimate for the project was fair. However, we found out that extra works were needed to be done during the project. My mistake was to agree to the additional work to be performed without asking for an official estimate. The bill for the extra work was a little overprice. For example, In addition to the labor charge, I was charged $255 for Rainbird controller which could be bought for $150 at home depot/online, Sprinkler module for ~$99 instead of $50 etc.

Well done. Balanced design, replaced and/or relocated prior plants. Added good mix of flowering plants and trees for flowers to be in bloom over an extended period of time. Done timely and within budget.

They do a great job. Communication is top notch. Mike knows what he is doing. This is a professional landscape company, not somebody with a lawn mower that is cutting grass.
