 + -1 moreHe arrived the same day I called -- and this was in July! It went quite well. Both he and his assistant we personable and when I couldn't explain the exact nature of the problem, I called my son and he explained to the technician what we had been experiencing. Everything went smoothly after that.

 + -1 moreShawn is the proprietor and he does a fantastic job. We had the same air conditioner for 19 years now. He services it every year. He takes care of it. He does really good work. His dad had the business before him. He is reasonable too. I just thought they were reliable, and they come and they do good work. It was very good, very professional.
Description of Work: Heating and AC we do with Schulze Air Conditioning. Last week, our drain was acting up, it was leaking, so he came fixed that and I had no problems.

 + -1 moreI have been with Schulze for almost as long as the house has been here. Not only did they install the air conditioning & furnace, but they also have repaired both whenever I have needed to call them. I have always received superb service from them, & I'm certain I will in the future. They check out both at least once a year to make sure everything is fine.
Description of Work: Martin Schulze Air Conditioning & Heating installed both my air conditioner & furnace. The annual maintenance is also their responsibility.
