he installed it and transfer all my important data to the new harddrive! he worked on my dell to computer and speed it up. he also replaced the cdrom/dvdrw drive and sold it to me for a good price! great work!

Very well. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was not able to bring the router back on line due to a telephone wiring issue that AT&T had to address.

I will describe my experience with Live Mobile excellent. Charles is very knowledgeable, he cleaned my laptop with lots of spyware . Now my laptop is loading faster.

I cannot say enough good things about him. He was kind and courteous. He was very skilled in his trade and we are very happy with the work that was done.

He removed alot of viruses on both computers. Restore the internet and had the computer updated with the latest antivirus and helped speed up computer. GREAT GREAT JOB! Also, I had a TV that was not working. He helped fixed it and found the issue regarding the TV. It's now working!!

This was a $59 big deal purchase. It did not go well. He just did not seem to be all that knowledgeable and he really did not fix my problem with my computer. He wanted to charge me another fee and I told him I already had paid for it and it was s supposed to cover it. He said it was a trip fee or something. He had called me the day before and said he was in Kingwood and wanted to come by and I told him I was going out -- I wouldn't be here. So he came the next day, that's why he wanted to charge me a trip fee, I guess, because he had been closer and could have come the day before and since he couldn't. In the end he didn't, but he wanted to. He took a lot of time to look at my computer and told me stuff I already knew. He spent so much time doing I don't know what, but he never really accomplished what I wanted him to do. Their price was okay. I think the $59 was for two hours and I thought that was a pretty good deal. If I remember correctly he was on time. He did not respond to my problem very well. He was okay, he just couldn't do the job or did not do the job that I hired him to do. He just didn't fix my problem.

Terrific. Charles was very helpful and patient, thoroughly explaining issues and their resolution. Everything is now working perfectly!

All is good. My computer is working and running without any viruses. iPad resynched to the iMac and iTunes is up and working.

I had a desktop and a laptop that both crashed in one week. I purchased his service packahe late the night before and the next morning called Charles at 7:40 a.m. He was there by 4:30 p.m. the same day to help me. I was in a major crisis. He came and set up both laptop and desktop and was finished by 8:30 p.m. and I was fully operational again. All printers and scanner were working with my new computers. He even gave me a power strip as I was short on outlets! He was available via text while I ran to Costco to look for new computers for his opinion. Charles will stay with the project until it's done! 7:30 a.m. the following morning he was available by way of remote access into my computer to help me finish my installation of Microsoft Outlook since I have a product key at my house.. Charles is very expeditious, courteous, efficient, and extremely professional. I have already raved about him to two different people within about 12 hours. He is my go-to guy for IT services. He came to the rescue and he exemplifies the highest level of service. I will definitely use him and refer him to all my friends, family, and clients. His Services was well worth the money! Great value!

Excellent. Charles was quick to understand what my husband and I needed in terms of computer ware. He was patient and thorough in his explanations and quick to diagnose the problems. We are so impressed that we have asked him to come back next week and help us with another computer that we have.

Charles did some phone troubleshooting, then came to my house. It looked like the notebook was fried. Charles took it with him and with a little magic brought it back to life. Charles was a lifesaver !! He also clued me into Google Drive so I won't have this problem in the future. If you have a problem - call Charles, my new BFF.

So I did that and comcast replaced it out and brought back a new router and had internet working. I then had Live Mobile Technology come out and helped me with testing the speed and internet and all is working and much faster! Great job! I am very satisfied and will continue to do business again with Live Mobile Technology.

Connected with both Internet provider and Microsoft; resolved issues in a timely manner. Set up virus protection and WIFI printer connection. Provided training, support and recommendations for most efficient, effective and economical service.

My husband and I are NOT tech savvy so we were beyond frustrated with our PC and printer issues. Charles provided EXCELLENT service. He responded quickly to my request for an appointment and then we spoke about the issues we were experiencing. We decided on a date a couple days later and he even called me to let me know that day that traffic was a bit bad so he would be a few minutes late. He was very professional and also very personable. He listened to my concerns and then walked me through his recommendations prior to completing the work. He finished on time and the results has been dramatic as we have had no PC or printer issues since. I would highly recommend Charles.
