I left an earlier F report , but after talking to Charles he told me they were a local Texas Co. and me living in Arizona was not feasible to work with them, but in talking to Charles he explained to me the situation, Great conversation with him, if I lived in Texas I would consider his Company in the future.

Excellent as always. I had issues with an old PC that was locked up, an air printer that was printing sporadically, parental controls, virus software and wifi that was weak throughout my house. Charles was able to troubleshoot each of these issues and then recommend possible solutions. He then allowed me to choose which solution was right for me. I am happy to report all issues are resolved and my wifi is lightening fast! This is the second time I have used LMT and will def use them for any future issues I encounter.

William had to reschedule from 10:00 to 2:00 but it worked out okay. He was very polite, he let my husband sit in with him to see what he was doing. It took a while to figure out what was wrong with our email but he finally figured it out, he had to call Comcast I think. We were satisfied with the service and will call them again.

It went beautifully! The problems that had occured the prev. after downloading a popular malware site had mostly disappeared the next a.m. (even after mult. restarts) William arrived promptly and quickly resolved the remaining problems. Charles, the owner, is such a delight to work with. His company is definitely my go-to solution for any computer problems. William was easy to work with, very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend LMT Solution and I will definitely continue to use them.

Excellent. They came twice. I needed help updating my computer since I downloaded Windows 10. I had problems with Word and Office. I needed to upgrade them. They found the software for me on eBay for half the price that Windows was asking. My printer also had broken. They set up the new one and took the time to make sure that I understood how to use it. I recommend them highly.

Charles is very pleasant to work with. He shows up on time, doesn't try to sell me things I don't want or need and he's the smartest guy in the room. I think though, sometimes it's difficult for him to come down to my level of rudimentary computer skills, but he's quite patient.

It went very smoothly. One call it is I took. He has great follow up skills and it is tenacious in helping me. He also keeps great records so that if I don't remember my account information, he has all that in hand. Hes is my go to IT professional!

Charles always fixes the issues in a timely manner to get the computer back on track and running smoothly, again.

They sent a technician to my home who spent about 2 hours working on my computer. They downloaded a scanning program and ran it, but didn't find any issues. The technician did a few other things, but in the end they did not fix the problem. Before he left, he told me what he would do next if the changes he made did not solve the problem. Shortly after the technician left my house, the files were once again deleted from my computer. And, he left the downloaded scan program on my computer. I then completed the steps that the technician suggested I do if the problem was not fixed and the problem was solved. I was originally not happy that the company did not follow up and come back to perform the fix themselves. When the owner of the company found out I was not completely satisfied, he offered to refund the entire amount of the service call. I told him I didn't want him to do that, but that I would take a credit for an hour of future work. He insisted on giving me 2 hours of free future work.

Two techs arrived right on time. They were very nice and behaved professionally. They checked the faulty camera and replaced it. They also installed a doorbell camera which I decided to have done on the spur of the moment. I was happy with their work and would hire this company again.

Perfectly. They had to add a couple "driver" programs, but they knew exactly what was needed.

Wonderfully, as usual! My contact is always Charles, the owner of the company. He's incredible - responds quickly, is very friendly and knowledgeable, and charges very fair prices. He's helped me remotely from his office, and also in-home. The repairs are always successful, he absolutely knows computers! I trust Charles completely and he's the only expert that I use. I highly recommend this company.

Perfect each time. Removed "Ransomware" completely and saved all my work, including all email (Outlook). Was able to instill new drivers which allowed upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1. Previously they would not upgrade.

Charles Tran and his crew of Benny Ban & Boo Tran were terrific. They resolve a complicated problem regarding firewalls impeding cable access to a third of our house.We are now able to enjoy all of our devices.They spent time telling us what they were doing and brought the job in at budget. Charles did a great job and was personable and knowledgeable.

I'm so glad I called LMT. The backup service I had used made it difficult to restore data onto my new PC, but luckily Charles figured it out. He also removed the bloatware and a bunch of stuff that slows startup. (I'm never sure what's safe to remove.) I had a little trouble with the file restoring, which took many hours, but Charles was able to help me that day by remoting in. In fact, all three times I called him, he helped me that same day. Amazing. I will definitely be using LMT again and highly recommend Charles and his company to anyone.

I was very satisfied with the repairs completed, which I felt were reasonable and professionally done.

I called LMT on a Saturday morning because my pc wouldn't boot up. When I called Charles told me they could work on it as soon as I brought it in. Angie's list GPS must've been a little bit off because I searched for places within 10 miles of me but LMT ended up being 20 miles away. I'm very glad I went anyway. When I arrived they went right to work on my computer. My hard drive was bad but they were able to load up a new one with windows and give me the information to a data recovery company to hopefully recover the info from my crash drive. They were very helpful and friendly and they even gave me some of the pizza that they had ordered for their lunch while they worked on my computer. Even though there are a lot of places closer I'll always take my computer there when I need service.

Excellent workmanship. They made sure all my cameras were perfectly placed. Quality of equipment is top notch. Employees highly skilled and well trained. Very polite and professional. Price was very competitive. I can see everything perfectly. Owner followed up a few days after completion to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent job.

Great. He did some clean up, and the laptop works very well now. Would use again.

My computer was too old to upgrade, and needed parts that were hard to find. Charles recommend upgrading to a newer HP computer, which I did. Charles and Vivian moved everything from my old computer to the new HP and did an excellent job. The new computer is so fast now and everything I had on the old computer is now on the new computer. I would highly recommend Charles and Vivian to do your computer work.

It's still a work in progress as I rebuild by system from backups, but I think it's going well and Charles has been very helpful.
