It was just okay. They ended up being another virus on the computer and I had to get a whole new hard drive, basically what he did was for nothing.

After the guy took off the two computer programs off my computer and then installed two new ones it did not fix the problem and did not work any better. I tried to call the guy three different times after that to resolve the issue but received no response.

Charles was very knowledgeable and quick. He had me up and going in no time! Thanks

Charles was extremely professional. He contacted me quickly, set up the appointment at my convenience, and when he was going to be a few minutes late (not his fault), he made sure to call me and let me know. He spent time explaining what he was doing, asked me questions about how I use my computer so he could best use his time. I was extremely pleased with the service and would use him again.

Charles arrived a little early to our appointment after calling first to see if that was ok. He got right down to business. He is extremely friendly but stays focused on the job at hand. He really knows his computer work. I needed to get my Foscam wireless camera back up and running after ATT installed a new router. Same for the wireless printer. Not only did he set the camera up but he installed device that works 50 times better than my repeater was working. Now the camera works lightning fast and I have audio whereas I didn't before he came. He then set up the printer to print from my Chromebook so we can use that device like any other. After all that he worked over my HP desktop computer and improved its speed and efficiency. I love working with Charles because he's so good at his profession he can carry on a conversation with one part of his brain and fix my computer with the rest of his brain, or so it seems. I've used him before and never had a single problem with his work. I did have to call him once to ask a question and he returned my call very quickly. I heartily recommend him to anyone who needs networking or computer or whatever other services he say he can do.

It was excellent. The service provider arrived in a timely manner. He got right into inspecting my computer hard drive. He was very professional, knowledgable, and pleasent , and I felt very comfortable in my home. It took approximately 2 hours to get the job done. The price on Angies List was excellent for what he did. This was an excellent deal and I would totally recommend Live Technology for any services, and I will use them in the future

When ATT put in a new router (Gateway) the connections from my Foscam camera and my HP printer were knocked off line. I tried to get them back online but was unsuccessful. HP, Foscam, and NoIP were no help. Charles was fantastic. He came ready to work and accomplished both tasks efficiently and accurately. He also gave me some pointers on my cell phone while he was here. Then I had a small set back the next day and contacted him for his help. He called me back with a couple of hours and gave me a time that very day to fix my new issue! Wow! Talk about great service 'after the sale'! He is definitely my 'go to' computer expert from now on. You should definitely use him if you have computer issues.

Absolutely great. Dispite the printer problem, every thing is up and working, he added wireless service and security software. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, efficient and curteous, he did it all with a foot injury and was on crutches. He is my new computer guy and I highly recommend him.

Met with tech at their place of business and drop off machines he returned them to my home in less than 24hrs as promised. Everything went and fine and was communicated with during the process. Will surely use again and can highly recommend.

It went very well. He was able to update my computers operating system and and show me the correct way to store things on the external hardrive. He had great tips, explained what he was doing and why, and good recommendations. Very professional and paid close attention to the time also so that it wouldn't run into extra charges. Charles was very flexible in the time he could come to work. We had to reschedule twice and the handled it like a professional. When he was here he solved a Wi-Fi problem in connecting the PlayStation 4 to the ne Wi-Fi router that had stumped us for several weeks. Great job, well done, and I will use him again.

Mr. Tran was very professional, polite and friendly, offered many tips to keep my machine in good shape. He was a wealth of knowledge if you have any questions...he has go to free internet sites that are safe for downloads and free ware he recommends for computer to what websites offer great discounts for program training like Adobe photo shop. Well workthe the $118.00 The Angie list deal was $49 for two hours but I kept him here longer with my punch list. I would highly recommend Mr. Tran. He works on bothe PCs and MACs.
