Description of Work: My computer would not start. Technician took it with him and tried to get it going but hard drive was trashed. He offered to put new hard drive in but I was only interested in the contents and he was not able to retrieve anything. So "A" for effort and he did recycle it for me.

Description of Work: I bought this in home computer service for my 84 year old father. Charles came out to his house and was wonderful. He was patient and kind. When he left my father felt so comfortable with his computer and everything Charles taught him. He also wrote down step by step instructions which were fantastic for my dad.
