We've been customers of Life After Bugs since 2016 and have only ever had a pest enter our house when it was our fault in lapsing on our quarterly treatment plan. On top of the great treatment plan, the company's technicians and customer service are all great folks, friendly, trustworthy, and serious about doing the highest quality job for us; and respecting of our home by covering their shoes when walking in from outside.

Even the Tropical Storm Beta did not hinder Torrey. He was very attentive to my concerns and needs for my home for myself, wife and our pups. He was very professional and courteous! After having many different exterminators try and fail to get rid of these pests, I finally hired Life After Bugs to solve the problem. After the initial visit and one follow-up visit, they solved the problem! I was so thankful! That was years ago and there has been no re-occurance. They have been my exterminator since then and done a great job at keeping my house bug-free. Over the years they have also rid my attic of rats. James came out recently to do a quarterly treatment and give me a quote for termite treatment. He did a good job and thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. They are a great company!

I had an issue with roaches. It took a few visits to get things back under control but they came out each time and applied materials until the issue was resolved.

The technician from LAB showed up on time, got his inspection done, and then spent an extra 15 minutes of his time helping the house inspector out. He noted a couple of issues and recommended what the next steps should be. Good experience, would call them again.

Was in the process of remodeling our kitchen and found some termites on one side of the wall. Needed someone to come out and take care of the problem quickly due to remodeling time line. So I called a few local places out in Kingwood. One being Kingwood Pest Control which ended up being the same company as Life After Bugs. Well I ended up scheduling them for Monday morning on 8/24/2015 for a termite treatment estimate. They were not able to do the actual treatment until later in the week. So I called another company that was able to get an estimate on Sunday 8/23/2015 and actually do the termite treatment the next day. We ended up using them. I called Kingwood Pest Control (aka Life After Bugs) early Monday morning to cancel my appt with them and left a message for them to call me back twice. Didn't get a call back. Almost 2 months went by and I get an invoice from Life After Bugs for $75 for a trip cancellation fee. Did not have any verbal or printed documentation saying that I would be charged a fee for canceling. Just an invoice 2 months later. Not a very professional way to deal with the situation and definitely not a way to get clients. Especially when you're coming out to give a free estimate.

Life After Bugs was sub-contracted by Red Star Professional Home Inspection to perform a termite inspection in conjunction with a home inspection being performed at the same time. Larry was our inspector and walked me through his findings. He was very professional with his review and I was impressed that he used an iPad to diagram the house and show me the areas of concern. We had 2 previous home inspection reports in our hands from a previous sale and another that was less than 2 weeks old from another buyer. Larry brought up an issue that was not in either of the other 2 reports. One side of the house is not accessible since it?s very close the neighbor and they have it gated. He visually looked at it without entering the neighbors property and recorded his concerns in his report. The previous inspections said this area was inaccessible and therefore could not comment? I liked Larry and the quality of his service and would definitely recommend.

The day I was moving into my home I noticed a pretty bad roach infestation, so I needed someone to come out to spray ASAP. I called and they were able to send someone out that same day! Even with such short notice, Larry was able to still make the appointment window that I was given, and he even called to let me know that he was on his way. When he got there, he sprayed the inside of the home and then put a dust in the weepholes, which he explained is where many of the insects get into the house from, and then he even put down granulars in my yard! I've never had a pest control company do all that before! I signed up for their quarterly program and they are going to call me when it is time for my next service. Everything from scheduling to the convenience of being able to pay by credit card when he was done with the service was so great that I have already recommended this company to all my family and friends!
