+ 1 moreI hired Nic to build a new railing to code for a second story concrete balcony. The balcony is solid and made with durable materials I chose based on options and recommendations (each with prices) he provided. Being pleased with the craftsmanship of the aforementioned work, I then hired Nic to install over 1600 square feet of flooring and baseboard on the first floor. Both projects are well constructed with attention to detail. I have received many compliments from guests on both projects and I remain pleased with his work. His professionalism and positive attitude make him easy to work with. I would absolutely hire Nic again.
