GILLEN PEST CONTROL

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. My parents have been using them for years & never had any issues with their services. So when I bought a new home in the area , I decided to give them a try after having another company haven to comeback a second time. I have the same tech perform my requested services every 3 months. He is very courteous, professional & gets the job done in a timely manner. I have not had a pest or rodent problem since .

It didn't. Requires call and refuses to communicate on Angie's List.

We've been on the Gillen platinum program for almost 2 years. Every 3 months our regular technician comes out to spray indoors around floorboards throughout entire house. He also sprays the perimeter outside of the house thoroughly. There are also bait boxes put around the property for rodent control. The yard has a fair amount of foliage around and the boxes are well hidden and not at all an eyesore. They initially came out to take care of a rodent problem in the attic. They were vigilant about ensuring I was satisfied with the progress. I am truly grateful for that. On the platinum program, if I see activity anywhere, they will come out and respray for my benefit. Very professional and highly recommended.

From the initial call through the the performance of the work Gillen's representatives were professional, polite and informative.

I saw a little spot of soft wood one day but upon closer inspection, I found that termites had been doing extensive damage to one area of my house. I called a couple of companies, but Gillen was professional, courteous and less expensive than some other companies. They showed up when they said they would and have followed up on schedule. I wish I had used them BEFORE there was any damage.

I pay them $360 a year. I don't have any complaints about them. They inspect the outside of the house so I don't have to worry about their punctuality. They wear uniforms and drive marked trucks. I called them one time for removal of an animal from my attic and I was not impressed with that particular service that they have. They are good on little critters but not so good on big critters.

I feel like they are very honest. They are reasonably priced and very fair. They come out and do the job you need them to do. They also do a treatment called sentricon and works wonders.

We have used them for a really long time. The workers that come out are just real courteous and they're really good about calling ahead and arranging an appointment. They stick with the time if they say they're going to come out. They have good value and they're really good and courteous workers. We haven't gone and double checked the price with anyone else but we think their price is reasonable. We will continue to use them in the future.

Our ant problem got out of hand so we called Gillen. The termite problem has also gotten bad. We had them do both jobs for us and so far it looks like they got the problem under control. We had never had this problem before and ever since the first treatment we've been having them come out. The ants are still a little bit of a problem but nothing like before.

I have used this company for seven or eight years now. I have them come out every three months to spray the house and yard. They use environmentally safe spray, as that is very important to me. They do a good job, and I never see any kind of bugs. They make appointments and keep them.

DISAPPOINTED IN THE COST, BUT THEY CAME IN AN HOUR.

I LIKE THE STAFF AND TECHNICIANS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 15 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS LIKED THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THEY ARE COMPETITIVE ON THEIR PRICING AND PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL.
