Excellent work. The tech was polite and professional and completed a total old opener removal and replacement with a brand new opener in under an hour. The new system is working great and is incredibly quiet. I was very pleased.

First Call made a visit to my home to view requirements. They took time to discuss alternatives and I was able to make decisions on the spot, and to receive a quotation before they left. I was able to make a decision on First Call based upon the quoted price and my confidence in their capabilities. We scheduled a time for installation and Armando was there at the agreed time. Garage door had come off the track and was stuck about half way down. Called First Call Garage Doors at 6:45pm on a Tuesday evening. They sent someone out immediately at no additional charge and repairs were complete by 8:00pm!! Tony was excellent and quickly diagnosed the issues. Tony replaced 10 rollers, one of the vertical tracks, and balanced/tuned up the garage door. Paid $269 for rollers/tune-up and $69 to replace the vertical track. First Call Garage Doors was the first company I called so I don't know how the price compares to other companies but, based on how quickly First Call Garage Doors was able to come out and repair my garage door, I would 100% recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Our garage door was broken and wouldn't close. It was already after 7pm. I called up several places and First Call was the only one that responded, and did so shortly after I called. They showed up within 40mins and secured the garage door closed for the evening. They informed us of the different door and opener options. They showed up promptly the next morning and replaced the entire door and door opener.

Installer was punctual and professional. He did a great job replacing my broken door.

I called Saturday morning after noticing one of the springs on my garage door had snapped. I spoke with Michael, who was both helpful and polite. We scheduled an appointment for that same day in the afternoon. Michael called prior to arriving, and once he surveyed my garage doors, he gave me several options, listed the pros and cons of each, and was upfront about the prices for all work. Once we decided on what I wanted done, he was quick and efficient, and my garage door works better than ever. This is actually the third job Michael has done for my home. We've had problems with our garage door opener for years so I looked through Angie's List to find someone to come out. When I called late on a Friday afternoon, Mike said he could come out on Saturday, no extra charge. When Mike arrived he informed us that our opener was fried because when we replaced our garage door years ago, that company didn't tell us that our old opener wasn't powerful enough for the heavier door we bought. Mike gave us several options, answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. He gave us info on three openers ranging from $529-689. We chose a new opener that had smart capabilities and belts over chains, he actually had one with him and replaced it right then and was able to work around all the clutter in our garage, which included a pool table right under the opener. We were pleased with the whole experience, price and all! I definitely recommend Mike and First Call Garage Doors.

I Hated it. After all the repairs I've made on my old garage door, it breks down and tries to take the rest of the house down with it. It was last Sat night. a cold weekend too. Fortunately I found these guys on A's-list. I called Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a message but the guy came right out to our house made temporary repairs so it was closed and safe. After discussing with my sons, I decided to replace the flimsy old door and its thin sheet metal guides with an insulated door, new rails and a Liftmaster 3/4 HP motor. The guys came on time Monday. They removed the old junk and now I have a very nice quiet and well insulated garage. The room above the garage is more comfortable too. Now I'm looking forward to seeing the new door pay off in the coming summer heat too.

Michael came out and converted to conventional spring system for a good price. He was out within an hour after the call and the entire job probably only took 30 minutes to complete. Very satisfied with the work.
