Garage door spring broke on our way out this morning. We called multiple places that wanted upwards of 300-400 dollars. Many wouldnt give you a quote until they came out (which if you didnt use would still be an $80 service fee). The other problem was this being a Saturday and holiday weekend it was hard to find someone available. Michael called us within 5 minutes of submitting a request and gave us a great quote for 1 spring. We decided we wanted to replace both and the total was 189. He was at my house within 20 minutes! After he finished the springs he noticed that our cables were really frayed (and showed it to us) . He said I didnt need to replace them right now if I wanted to wait, however they would pop at some point. We went ahead and replaced both for 60. I believe the total visit was less than half an hour. Overall it was a great price and great work! I would recommend and use again!

This company is simply the epitome of customer service and professionalism. I was in a desperate situation and I was expecting everyone to try to take advantage of the situation. I called another service listed on here and they wouldn't even give me an idea of the pricing. Mike Martinez was upfront about the cost on the phone. When he arrived he found that the price would be more than expected. He offered suggestions as to what I could do to save cost right now. He and his team mate Carlos provided an exceptional service and I am truly grateful for the Google search that lead me to sign up for Angie's List and find them. I would Highly recommend First Call to anyone that is in need of traditional service and great workmanship.

First Call Garage Doors was very flexible in accomodating a date and time they could come out and service. I work from 8-5 so it is good when a vendor is available outside of the normal business hours. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained, in detail, the service he was going to be performing before he began any of the work to make sure I was comfortable. Wonderful customer service! Compared to other providers, I felt that their prices were reasonable . I would definitely recommend as well as use First Call Garage Doors again!
