Working with Mike was a great experience. He showed up on time to give us an estimate, made recommendations, gave us options and repaired in on the spot. He was very professional, polite and efficient. He did not hesitate to honor the Angie's list discount coupon and didn't even charge us for a few extras. I was very pleased and would highly recommend First Call Garage Doors to others!

My garage door broke Saturday morning and they came out same day. They correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem and had all tools and parts with them to fix the springs and even replaced the rollers. The repairman was polite, professional and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned everything up and left the garage area spotless. The price was reasonable. The door is operating great. I will definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with First Call. Mike answered the phone right away, was able to come by that day at the time we needed. He found that the spring on the rod was busted and both springs needed replacing. He also found an error from previous work that had been done on the garage door and fixed it. He noticed a bracket coming out of the wall and another one that was never installed correctly since the house was built! He fixed more than we asked for and was in and out quickly. He also showed up on time which is an A++ in my book!

This was a great experience and First Call provided exceptional service. Michael showed up 5 minutes early, replaced the spring, serviced the garage door and was done in 20 minutes. Doing business with First Call Garage Doors was great! I found them on Angie's list and was not disappointed. I called after the garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to send someone out in an hour. Tony was very courteous and super nice and knowledgeable. We talked about what needed to be done, agreed on a price and he was finished in less than an hour. He replaced both torsion springs, did a tune up on the door, lubricated the hinges, balanced the door, made adjustments to fix the gap at the bottom on one side, and made an adjustment to the rail at the top so it no longer makes a horrible screeching noise. How wonderful! Excellent customer service at what I think was a great price. And on a Saturday. I would definitely recommend using First Call Garage Doors.

Carlos repaired the cable and also diagnosed and replaced 4 pulleys that were causing the issue and wearing down the cable on the other side of the garage door. Carlos also lubricated the wheels and adjusted the tracks on the broken door and the second garage door. Carlos did a great job. He was on time and very polite. He showed me the issues and quoted a price before he started any work. He was done quickly and professionally.

This "Deal" was nothing more than a thinly veiled up-sale effort. The technician was very polite and well trained, but had been given an obvious agenda to sell a garage door opener. The reason for my call to this company, through Angie's List, was to have the door adjusted. The technician was prompt and promptly evaluated that a new garage door opener was called for. The offer was declined qand he was instructed to just do what he was hired to do; adjust the door. He then proceeded to say that in the course of adjusting he had found an issue that was crucial and that the new garage door opener would only be $199 and he could do the job right then and there. Once again his offer was declined and he was asked to adjust the door as this was what he had been hired to do. He called his supervisor and advised then that they could drop the price of the garage door opener since they were already there, and because the issue was of great import.... The offer to replace the opener at the new and improved price was declined and he was asked to adjust the door as he had been asked to do. The door was not adjusted, so, I paid $49 for someone to come by and try to sell me something I did not need.

He was prompt and extremely professional. He explained why the spring broke and what my choices would be to repair. Another company gave me an appointment for the next day, First Call came within the hour of my call.
