+ 0 moreHe was recommended to me. He's been very responsive and he used to bring a young technician to train him, too. I’ve used him for years and I’ve always been very happy! We’ve also gotten a rebate back from the city since he was able to use a camera to show an exact problem caused by them. He usually leaves special discounts with me too, after he gets the work done. His prices are fair. He's been great to work with overall!
Description of Work: He’s done plumbing, including drain cleaning. Most recently, he’s repaired some problems in the bathroom.

+ -1 more"Adam came to our home and examined the old fixture and made suggestions for a new fixture. We purchased and Drain-It scheduled an install. The Drain-It team was completely professional and finished the work very quickly. The key element that I appreciate from Drain-It is that Adam will lay out a variety of options to solve your problem ranging from the least expensive to more thorough, explain the pros & cons of each option and then allow you to decide how you wish to proceed. He stays busy, so scheduling for "non-emergency" work can require some flexibility but he has always responded quickly when the problem was of a critical nature. I have used Drain-It for over 15 years since he was first recommended by a co-worker. On that occasion Adam came to my home where one of Houston's largest and most widely advertised plumbing services had torn out multiple walls and claimed that I needed $1800 worth of plumbing work to solve the leak. Adam came to my home and spent about 15 minutes fixing the problem and charged me only the base cost of driving over. His only comment was "wish you'd called me before those guys tore your walls out". I've been a loyal customer ever since and recommend him to all my friends.
Description of Work: Drain-It removed and replaced a toilet in the guest bath and removed and replaced a faucet in the same room. This is the third service Drain-It has provided us in the last 18 months. The others were diagnosis of a shower valve issue with removal and replacement of the valve and a ceiling leak caused by a faulty A/C pan drain.

Description of Work: Service date/costs above are estimates for last call. I have been using Adam Garza for ~15 years because of his professionalism and reasonable costs. He is always careful to point out the options and will make serious effort to keep your costs as low as possible. Good work and never tries to 'pump' the cost up. He does stay pretty busy and if a job is not an emergency it may take some time to schedule it in.
