Mr. Steinhaus was just great, he came over and gave me an estimate for the job that I needed, he returned during the job to be sure it was going according to plan. He pointed out that my window sills needed to be replaced, which were done and look so good. The painter was very good, and obviously experienced. I am very happy with the work. Everyone was very professional and experienced in their craft.

Great job. Arrived on time and proceeded to prep the rooms to ensure all of the floors and furniture were protected. The Megel and the crew were polite and went out of their way to explain what they were doing and why. They completed the project in a day and a half. Cleaned up and put the furniture back. They were polite, kept out of the way of our customers... Were fast and were quite capable. I chose the correct company. I do not think they were the cheapest, but they were good and I made the right decision. They will be doing more work for me soon.

We had used CertaPro at our previous residence and were very pleased with their service so we called them to do the work at our new home. They were on time, and completed the job when they said they would. They kept the communication open if they had any questions and did an outstanding job. We will be using them in the future for painting the rest of the house.

CertaPro did a great job. They repaired rotten wood and painted the exterior of our home. They arrived on time and cleaned up each day. The price was reasonable, and we would definitely hire them again.

Very neat, professional, great job covering all walls and edging arches evenly. Covered floor and banister. No splatters.

Working with Gary Steinhaus was an absolute pleasure. Gary emailed me to confirm the visit time and date and called a day before to again confirm that the day and time still worked for me. He showed up on time and did a great job explaining the services that were offered. He took a few pictures of the house so he could explain the different accents that we wanted to his painters. Gary kept his promise and emailed me an estimate the same evening which was much lower ($2000) than what I was quoted by two other painting companies. Gary was also recommended by the local Sherwin-Williams paint consultant that we worked with. Once we agreed on the price (which I readily did), Gary's crew showed up on time (Gary said his crew would be there at 8.30AM and the crew was there right on time). Miguel who was leading the crew was very professional and confirmed the different colors we wanted in different rooms. They moved all the furniture as needed carefully to the center of the rooms and covered the floor with plastic. Half way through the day Miguel told me that he thought we would need a third coat of the white paint that we went with (the house had very dark green colored walls before we wanted to lighten it up) and I agreed with him. He immediately called Gary and despite being on vacation Gary answered the phone and spoke with me about the coat and gave me an estimate of how much this would cost ($475) which I thought was very reasonable for the square footage. They ordered the paint and got the work done in 2 and half days and once they were done they rearranged all our furniture. For the second and third days we were not at home and so left our keys in a lockbox for Miguel and the crew and I didn't have to worry about the safety of the house at all. Overall I would highly recommend CertPro Painters to anyone. They are very professional, respectful of your time and do a great job. They also have very reasonable rates. If I had to do anymore paintwork in the house, I would use CertaPro painters without a second thought.
