Elizabeth and Chad were both very professional and courteous. I had to wait a long time for the approval of the project from the HOA. But they didn't even want any advance payment. They were still there the day after even though they had other jobs going. and most iimportantly the fence is great!

A big plus was getting the initial estimate done by my own photos and measurements to save some time. Final measurements were done by Apache, once I selected them to go ahead. Contract was reasonable. Scheduling, executing the work, and billing went as planned. Very well done.

Everything was easy quote, contract, to scheduling work. Work was completed on time and the fence looks great. Thanks Chad for the great job.

I contacted them to obtain an estimate for a fence repair after a car drove through a portion of my fence. At first, they were very helpful and even provided an estimate to me based on photes and information provided over the phone. When I received the estimate, I was told that they couldn't do the job for two weeks because this was their busy season. Although the estimate was high, I was impressed with how fast they had responded to my "emergency" and I was going to give them the business over companies who provided lower estimates. However, when it came time to finalize the deal, which was only 2 days later, I was told that they would not be able to undertake the necessary repairs until the middle to end of May which was over a month. I ended up going with one of the other companies and my fence was repaired faster and professionally. I have never received a follow-up call or communication from this company, so they obviously thought my repair job was too small to bother with.

The whole project, from start to finish, went very smoothly. I pretty much knew what I wanted and got several bids. Apache was very competitive. But more importantly, Chad (the owner) listened to my needs and made several excellent suggestions. He knows his stuff! I was very happy with the end result.

He did a great job at first, however he substituted very poor quality wood for the completion of the project, about 100 feet of fence along a very busy street. We have a peekaboo fence around our pool instead of a privacy fence! He also did not return to repair a gate which was poorly hung, which caused another one of the planks in the gate to crack.

The fence project was delayed a bit because our pool builder had some delays in getting started. Chad was very flexible and worked with us as plans and timing changed. One of the things that impressed me was Chad was always timely with updates as to what was going to happen and when. For example, he called to say they were going to drop off supplies Monday afternoon and start work first thing Tuesday morning. Something changed in his schedule and they decided to NOT make the extra trip but would bring the supplies with them on Tuesday morning. I would have not thought much about it if the supplies were NOT there Monday but he took the 3 minutes to call, explain why we would NOT be seeing the supplies but that the schedule was still on for Tuesday morning. Nothing huge but a little communication goes along way. Another example was they called before cutting down a very small bush that was on an old fence line. I would have never noticed, but again communication is great.
