Daniel was on time and pleasant to interact with and our questions were answered with patience. He also followed-up with us with an answer that he didn't have the information for at the time of the visit. One important detail that was not performed was a heat load calculation thus resulting in a different outcome. Out of the five vendors that we had analyze our situation, only two performed the task. The calculation gave us the result we needed.

Took two days very good service

Excellent customer service - prompt response and quick repair. Initially came out on a Saturday afternoon, but could not work on the a/c due to bad weather. Came back during the promised time frame on a Sunday morning and inspected the unit, fixing it quickly. Couldn't be happier - a much better experience than with the service we've used in the past. Will definitely use this company again in the future, as needs arise.

Overall it went very well. AC Express appears to be a well run outfit. They were quick to schedule the service when I called and the technician (Sam) arrived on schedule. Sam was very professional, treated my home with respect and took care of the repair in a very timely manner. My AC unit was back up and running in a very reasonable time frame. I felt that I was treated fairly in the process and the price charged was reasonable given the circumstances. I will call these guys first in the event I need any future AC repairs.

I got them through a friend of mine. I'm very satisfied with them. I have a contract with them. They've always been very good. I'm very impressed with them. I can't praise them enough. They're very professional. They actually did things they didn't have to do. They're very good. They're reliable and prompt. If there's an emergency, they'll come out like my air conditioning went out one time and they came right out. They do a very thorough check. They notify me to set up an appointment for them to do the service.

From the first call to schedule, to the day of the service they were friendly and professional. The technician, Daniel Martinez, arrived exactly at the agreed time and with a very impressive truck equipped with an inventory of necessary parts for the most common problems. He used very technically advanced digital gauges and wireless scales to precisely measure the coolant that needed to be added. He was NATE certified, a very distinguished accomplishment that demonstrates his commitment to his profession. This was a trial for me to find a new service provider for my HVAC system and based on this experience I think I just did.

We were very pleased with both the price and service from Air Express. Customer service was polite and friendly, all our questions were covered prior to signing the contract. They were very responsive to both email and phone calls. Crews arrived on time and finished as scheduled. All of the old components were removed and disposed of with no parts left behind. The new units are well secured and the installation of the new equipment is neat and clean. The system is performing as we had hoped. The temperature is consistent throughout the house and the electric bills have decreased significantly. Highly recommended

I have been using this company since Hurricane Ike and they are the best air-conditioner/heating repair company I have ever used. I used to use one of their competitors for my yearly checkups, and they always found repairs in the $300 to $400 range to keep my equipment "going". After I blew up something when the power came on after Hurricane Ike, I couldn't get my former company to come out within a week, so I used Air Express from a friend's referral. They could have taken me to the cleaners. Instead, it was a small repair costing less than $200. I have used them ever since for my annual checkups and except for 1 time, have never needed any additional repairs. I feel they are honest, trustworthy, reliable, and every person I have referred to them has been pleased with their service. Additionally, the office staff is professional and very polite. They were good. Did a good job. They were on time, friendly, and professional.

Air Express was courteous on the phone and helpful with the Angies' List deal they were running at the time. They setup the appt, showed up in the window they gave, the techs were courteous. They answered whatever questions I had. It was a pretty simple work scope but as far as I can tell they did what they were supposed to do and seemed to be knowledgeable about it. I signed up for the two annual system checks. Their prices seemed reasonable and were lower than competitors.

Had a biannual checkup of HVAC done per our contract. One inexpensive part was replaced. Tech was right on time and they are always nice to deal with on the phone.

Customer service was excellent. I received a call confirming the appointment and was provided the name of the technician ahead of time. The technician was prompt and personable. Upon completion of work, the technician gave me a complete run down of the work that was completed and what additional observations he made of the heating system. I would gladly use Air Express again.

It was excellent. The tech was polite and very professional. They spent almost 1-1 1/2 hours and charged only 108.00 dollars.

Everything is fine and in great working order. No Freon needed.

The service was ok. He arrived on time and did a maintenance check, including flushing the lines. He mumbled and was not exactly friendly, but he did the job. He had to replace a coupling, so there was an extra charge for that. Otherwise everything went as expected.

Our ac unit in the attic was leaking water and it was coming through the sheet rock ceiling below it. The call was answered promptly by the answering service and David called me shortly thereafter. Sam the technician was very courteous, came by sooner than previously estimated which was great. He explained the what was wrong and told us up front what repair was needed and how much it would cost. He even pointed out some things that had not been done by previous a/c companies that we had used. I was very surprised (and pleased) that they even had Sat and Sun hours!! I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again!

Air Express Air Conditioning & Heating was very nice. His price was reasonable and he was very honest. He told me exactly what I needed. He didn't try to push anything on me that wasn't necessary. I was very pleased and happy with him. It's an excellent company.

They were wonderful! I think David was his name. They were very honest and didn't tell me I needed something I didn't. I thought I needed to replace it but it just needed some maintenance! If I ever need to have it replaced, they will be the ones I go with.

Company followed through on time and revisited price/cost of unit and of possible services that it could/should consider.

We have an American Standard AC unit. My former AC technician retired & was replaced with a less than desirable technician. My spring AC maintenance was past due & I noticed the the AC overflow pipe was draining. I began researching the American Standard website for an American Standard certified Customer Care Dealer & NATE certified AC company. I checked the short list on American Standard?s website for an AC company near me & then checked those AC companies on the BBB website & Angie?s List. Air Express Air Conditioning & Heating checked all the boxes. They offer an ?Elite Service Plan? for annual Air Conditioning & Heating Maintenance which also offers priority service & discounts on repairs, if needed. Air Express also offers a senior discount ? thank you very much! I hope I never need it, but it is very nice that it is available. I purchased the ?Elite Service Plan? on Angie?s list for 30% savings. I called & spoke to a very courteous lady on the phone, Imani. She was very thorough in getting my information & made an appointment for the following AM. I read about Daniel in the Angie?s List reviews & requested him. Daniel came out & did a thorough job. He was very knowledgeable, able to take care of my overflow drainage & resolve a loud ?gurgle? in the AC drain line that drained into the bathroom sink plumbing. That ?gurgle? drove us to close the bathroom door at night to be able to sleep. Former technicians tried over 2 years to eliminate the ?gurgle? & never did. As soon as Daniel heard the ?gurgle? he knew what to do & resolved the problem. He also cleaned the exterior AC condenser coils with a cleaning agent ? no one had ever done that before, I had heard of it but had never had it done. The following day Imani made a follow-up call to see if all had gone well & that we were pleased. I highly recommend Air Express & look forward to my fall heating maintenance that Imani will call to remind me & schedule. Previously I had gotten personal referrals for services that we needed. I have never hired a service with online research only, but glad that I did this time.

Contractor came out same day I called which was great. I called about 1:00 pm and service person was at my home about 5:00 pm. Said I needed 2 to 6 lbs of freon at $75.00 per lb. Wanted $91 for freon leak search, $179 to replace compressor dual run capacitor and $179 to replace contactor. Recommended replacement of unit due to age and problems. Quoted price for three different types of units ranging from $7,300 to $10,800. Quote did include a mfg rebate of $600 (on the two higher end units). Company offered $39 off any repair and $525 off new unit to Angie List members. I discussed this with the service person and and gave him the coupon. The charge for a/c inspection was $59 and with coupon my cost should have been $19.00. The service person told me I owed $39 and made the receipt out for that amount. A few days later someone from their office called to say that I made my check out for $39 instead of $19 and inquired if I wanted them to mail me a refund. She also asked if I wanted to replace the a/c unit. I told her I was still thinking about it and to just hold onto the $20 they owe me until I make a decision. Their service personnel should know how the company coupons and discounts work and should not over charge customers upfront. With the confusion on this Angie List coupon, I'm not sure how they would handle the $525 off on any new unit or the $600 mfg rebate.

We had one minor issue that came up two weeks after they installed the new unit but they came out and promptly addressed it. They were on-time and the work was completed within a day.

Our AC stopped running last night. I called Air Express because I had previously visited with the owner, David. I checked with him on whether I should put new units in and he said no, not yet. How's that for honesty? I called him back this morning and he sent Daniel, who was here within the hour. When David left he wrote down the make and model of my units. I had given the office the symptoms of my sick AC. Daniel guessed the problem and brought the capacitor and points (if needed) with him. He had my ac cooling within the hour. Points not needed. So see what I mean? He could have told me the points needed replacing as well, but didn't. He also checked for freon on both ac's. I am very happy with Air Express and Daniel. It is a pleasure working with a company you can trust.
