They did not bother to enter my home to assess the A/C because it was raining. Pathetic

Great work! AC repaired for amount quoted. (Turned out to be wiring) Checked the whole system and repair made within an hour. They even were able to move us up on the schedule to an earlier time slot. Friendly and very professional. So glad to have found this company!!

Air Express didn't play games on the pricing. They gave me their best pricing up front on two top of the line American Standard units. Once I pulled the trigger they were in and out in two days for both systems. There was a minor issue with an installer stepping on ceiling Sheetrock and damaging it, but the owner had someone out the next day to repair the damage. A better than expected outcome as they took it upon themselves to organize the new units to give me more space in my attic, nice touch guys!

Air Express was punctual and completed the work at the agreed price. There were zero issues during the installation of either systems. The owner personally stopped by several times during the process to check on the status and speak with me. I would not hesitate to use Air Express for future heating and cooling issues.

It is so such a pleasure to work with a company that was professional, gave a reasonable price, and actually performed the work in such a way to make us feel that it was not all about the money but they were exactly concerned about doing a good job for their customer. A honest company is hard to find these days. Can't say enough about the staff of Air Express. We received excellent service and will have no problem using them in the future. If grading we will give them an A+++.

Air Express was very easy to reach and very responsive. They came out at the scheduled time and fixed the furnace issues.

I cannot be more pleased with the level of service that I received and have always received from the company. They have always been professional, helpful and courteous - their technician (Hugo) as well as the ladies at their office Christina and Debra. I've had a service agreement with them to perform bi-annual check on my AC/Heating system, so when the time came to change my unit, I decided without much hesitation to have them to do the job. It is a huge investment and as I've been told on several occasions, it is not necessarily the system but the installation that matters. I knew with the way they perform their maintenance and how they treat their customers, we are perfect fit. The crew came ahead of schedule, was again very professional and courteous, introduced themselves, asked where everything was. They started the job and just went to work. Worked hard the entire time and kept me informed about the process. My technician showed up in the afternoon, to help them finish up the job and see how the work went as well. Which I thought was a nice touch. When everything was installed, they were testing the system and also showed me how the control unit worked. They picked up everything after themselves, cleaned the area and went off.

This is my first time writing a recommendation and let me say this company is the real deal. Josiah Wood is an exceptional service technician and I will have them return any day and anytime. Thank you and great job

i have a contract with Air Express to clean and maintain my heat and air conditioning. The staff is excellent. They even call after your appointment to ensure you were happy with the service. Josiah did a great job. Very polite. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why. After he completed his work he explained exactly what he had done. Call them. You will be as happy with their as I am.

This company is really good. I had just bought a new house in Feb 2017 and the air conditioner was 10 years old so I wanted to have it checked out. I spoke to Debra and Christine in the office and they signed me up for their ESP maintenance program which gives you two tune ups a year. I'm so glad I did that. They sent out Josiah who spent close to 2 hours going over everything. The outside compressor was all clogged up with dirt. Josiah washed it all out so the unit will run more efficiently. Most importantly he found a problem with the drain lines in the attic and fixed that as well. If he had not fixed that problem the drain lines could have failed, overflowed into the sheetrock and turned into a costly ceiling repair. Kelli the office manager followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. Really happy with these folks.

Excellent. Very professional, friendly and on time. The price was reasonable and as expected. Compared to Costco and costco was way higher. They (Josiah) followed up with the quote right away and in a very friendly manner kept following up to provide information so we can make a decision. They were clean and followed up right after installation. Even though they forgot to plug the internet router back. My mother in law called and they came back immediately to help solve it. Thank you! Excelllent and I will be replacing the 20 year old downstairs furnace next year thru Air Express.

It went very well - they were on time, courteous, tidy and honest.

The original system had some flow issues, but they did honor their warranty and adjusted the system at no cost. I feel some corners were cut in the initial installation. I feel that this is why certain parts of the home had problems with air flow.

Did a very professional job and were honest about the condition of the systems. I have old systems, and both needed to be checked and cleaned, but no repairs were needed (which I knew), and they didn't try to talk me into unneeded repair work.

Josiah was on time and he was excellent. He explained everything in by terms and presented the pro's & con's.

It went very well. They were very thorough, very polite, very knowledgeable and very efficient. They explained our option thoroughly and to our satisfaction. They left the attics much cleaner than they found them. Everything works great now. They had great solutions for some mold that was growing on one old system.

Jim Douglas came to our house to give us a price to replace whole AC/heat unit. Installers came in a few days to install unit. They did a great job. They did extra work on our second unit at no cost to us.

Very good. Sam examined pre inside unit and outside unit. Freon Level was good. Recommended replacing weak relay. No pressure with service. Explained all issues and states of the unit.

They were way too expensive. I didn't like the price, I thought it was a little too expensive. They are very attentive. They are good about coming out, schedule appointments, and checking things over. But, we had kind of had problems with that upstairs unit ever since they put it in. They actually came out this past week to do a check on our down stairs unit and I asked them to check the upstairs unit because it was not really cooling efficiently. I have had them come out twice before because it wasn't cooling efficiently. Finally, this time they discovered that there was a hole in evaporator coil. This is a bran new unit and they are going to replace it for free because it is still under warranty. I am not sure when. It is a brand new unit and so that tells me that the hole has been there since they put in but they didn't discover it until now. They just kept putting more freon in it but they didn't listen to me. Finally, this guy that came out, it was a different guy that came out and he looked at the unit and said there was a hole in the evaporator coil. They are going to take care of it but I feel like it could have been done quicker. I don't know if it was because it was cool outside and they couldn't tell. I don't feel like that is an excuse. If feel the price could have been a little bit cheaper than that. Their service is always good but I graded them a b just because of the fact that they are expensive and they didn't check the evaporator coil until now and they have been here twice. They put in our downstairs unit as well, they replaced that and we didn't have any problems with it. Just because of the fact that they are so expensive. if we have to have our water heater replaced, we probably are not going to use. They did come out and gave us a quote for replacing the water heater which is too old and probably is going to have to be replaced but it was like either $3000 or $5000. It was really way too much. I think that they are way too expensive.
