I called Air Express at approximately 5pm. The A/C breaker had tripped and would not reset. The lady who answered my call was very polite and professional. I wasn't sure when I would be able to have someone come out, but she gave me a window of 5:30 to 7:30 (even though I called at 5pm). I was surprised, but very glad. I got home at 5:45, thinking that they always show up at the end of the window. When I got home, the technician was already in my driveway! So he was able to reset the breaker and couldn't find anything wrong with my system. He did inform me that the condenser unit was really dirty and suggested that it could have contributed or caused the breaker to trip. I asked him about cleaning it and he took care of it right then. He was very courteous, professional and on-time! I will definitely call Air Express again for my A/C maintenance and repair needs.

I spent $7050 for a 3 ton ac unit replacement. It was also a Seer 16 air conditioning unit. They did very good work. Their cost was average. Their service was prompt. The people that came out were very courteous. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Lived up to their estimate even though installation was more difficult than planned. Entier installation was done on time and in less time than estimated. Home was left very clean.

I really liked them because they were very upfront about what it would cost and they did the job. My actual total was lower than the bid. I highly recommend them.

The techs arrived when they said they would and did not leave any mess for me to clean up. They worked until they got the job done. I am very pleased with the work and I will use them again for all of my AC and heating needs.

Air Express was one of 8 HVAC contractors that we had quote us on a full HVAC system upgrade; we selected to interview so many and were happy we did as there was a $3,000 price difference from the cheapest to the most expensive for identical equipment. We did not go with Air Express in the end because their price was higher that the winning bid (it was the third cheapest quote we got). However, working with David was a positive experience. He took the time to explain the equipment and the installation process thoroughly and answered all of my questions in concurrence with my research. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for a quote if you're looking for a new system.

He did thorough job of checking the AC to make sure it was working properly. He spent some time explaining things that were helpful. He gave me great advice about fixing a dented air duct. He explained that I could wait on the repair because it would not obstruct air flow throughout the house. They offered a regular maintenance schedule. I did not take it, but would consider it for the future. They are quality provider that provides quality service at reasonable price.

They came out and said that the problem was not from the lightning, but that the capacitor had died from old age. We had talked to others in a similar field and they all seemed to think that it had to be the lightning. They tried to tell us it was a coincidence, but I don't think it was. I really think the electrician should have been a little more knowledgeable. Other than that they were very courteous and got the job done. I thought the price of the capacitor was high, but I don't have a basis for comparison. I picked Air Express because they were closer than another company that had more ratings, but next time I will pick a company with more ratings listed.

Our AC stopped working one Sunday about mid day. I found Air Express on Angie's List and called them. David was at my house within 20 minutes. This was very important to me because my son in a quadriplegic and his body does not regulate temperature very well. Heat makes him very sick and with outside temps over 100 deg. it was starting to warm up in the house. David replaced a part on my 22 year old unit and we were back in business within an hour. We decided to have Air Express replace the old unit and add a dehumidifier as well. David and his team ran a duct from our upstairs unit to keep the downstairs cool while he was doing the work. They were very professional and David came back a couple times after the work was complete to show us how to operate the dehumidifier and rewire one circuit. I have recommended him to friends and will use him again. Bonus... he gave us a credit for the part he replaced when the old unit stopped working.

I was satisfied. Their costs on a weekend are a bit higher than during the week, but that made sense to me, especially in July.

Employees were extremely professional and courteous. Each employee wore shoe covers.

Very punctual. They arrived at the promised time and called ahead of time. Repairman had to wait on us for an extra 20 minutes while I was dropping kids off at school, and he didn't complain or charge extra. Would gladly recommend them again.

David was on time through and reasonably priced and took the time to explain how to use the new system.

The people (David Svodoba & Eddy Jordan) were long time employees of another company whom I have used for years. John sold out to another company so he could retire. Both of these guys had done service work in my home, so I know their work.
