Description of Work: Heat Check upstairs & downstairs. Detailed check list provided on receipt. Found pressure switch wasn't working due to clogged pressure tube; cleared and pressure switch returned to normal operation. Paid with credit card. Josiah Wood is very courteous; a true professional!

Description of Work: They replaced my 5 ton HVAC system. I called on a Tuesday and they completed the job on Wednesday. I asked for a Train system which they do not cary. The sales man stated the American Standard was a just a rebranded Train System. I am not sure that is correct, but i went with a higher quality system anyway with a 20 year warranty. Overall i am satisfied with their service and quality.

On time & very professional.
Description of Work: AC not cooling. Found that someone had left the coil access cover open & I had been air conditioning the attic. Recharged unit. Had to come back out the following week as the unit needed recharging again as it was 86 deg F in the house at noon. Appears to be repaired.
