+ -1 moreThe unit was dirty and needed the cleaning! I did not realize how important maintenance was for an air conditioning unit, will definitely keep up with regular maintenance. Quick and courteous service. The tune up was $50 and the coil cleaning was $90, other companies were charging $80 at the least alone for the tune up.
Description of Work: System tune up and coil cleaning.

+ -1 moreI have recently moved into this new home only to discover the heat did not work. It was diagnosed that a heat coil was broken and this coil was no longer made. I had two companies sent out by Home Warranty of America and neither would take on this job as my units are on the roof of a three storey Townhouse. Affordable Comfort came out looked at were the bulk of the work would be done inside the attic and then located the outside units. They were more than happy to take on the job after looking at the scope of work.
