We needed to replace our 20+ year old siding which was basically particle board with new Hardie Plank. I got several quotes from different A graded companies here on Angie's list. Kelly Smart the project manager came out to my house to meet me and do measurements. He's a very accessible person (phone or text) so any time I had a questions I would text and would respond almost immediately. This company was awesome!! I needed an old palapa structure removed as it was screwed into the siding and they removed the structure for a very small additional fee. Their lifetime labor and workmanship warranty was the game changer in my decision to go with them. The other quotes did not offer anywhere near that. Once I accepted their proposal, Kelly told me they were about 3 weeks out on projects. About 3 weeks later I got a call from Bill, the owner of the company gave me a date which made my wife and I very excited. When date came his workers were there an hour in advance and when Bill showed up, they did their walkthrough and then went right to work. They completed the work in 5.5 days due to losing half a day of rain. The work they did was excellent. Great job with the painting too. Their crew was courteous and helped transform our house to something that's very nice. I definitely recommend these guys.

Advanced Home Exteriors replaced the soffit, fascia and all exterior trim that was exposed to the weather was replaced with Hardie plank trim material. Their crew did a first class job in two days including painting the trim approved HOA color with no overspray. It was a professional job a around. A few days after the carpentry was completed their sub-contractor installed the new gutters. It was a professional job all around. When the job was completed you couldn't tell they has been there until you looked at their work. Best looks house on the block.

Got quotes from three companies to have all of our windows replaced, as well as the siding, some soffits, and some trim and finish it off by painting the whole house. The estimate was right in the middle, but what sold me on AHE was how excited I felt about the project after meeting with Kelly. He was really low key and no pressure whatsoever. He had some good ideas for the project and offered some great suggestions that the other companies didn't. Prior to selecting AHE, I had numerous questions that I asked Kelly and he was very responsive in his answers. I also found that their FaceBook page had a wealth of information including a large amount of before and after pictures of ACTUAL PROJECTS, not just a bunch of lousy stock pictures. We did the windows first and Joe and his helper were great. They finished in one day and were very considerate when working in and around the house. Clean up was great and the windows made a huge difference and were noticeable immediately. Best part was that they were ready to install them the next day after they arrived from the manufacturer. The siding crew was out a few days later and also did a good job, though I didn't catch their names. They worked diligently and had the project done quickly. There were a few issues that I found on the final walk through but they were quickly fixed to my satisfaction. My only gripe would be the cleanup. Seemed good at first, but I'm still finding nails around the house... not a huge quantity, but all it takes is one through a tire in my vehicle. When around with a leaf blower so it should be good now. It was intimidating spending this kind of money on a project, but as stated earlier, I actually felt excited about it when I was dealing with Kelly. The other two companies were both big-name companies, but NOT confidence inspiring. One was WAY too much pressure to sign with them and the other never followed up. After dealing with AHE, I wouldn't hesitate to use them when it comes time for a new roof or patio cover...

When I initially called the company, I received a call back very quickly from Bill to discuss what I was looking for. Kelly was my sales rep and he did a great job of explaining the available options and making sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. I received several estimates from other companies before deciding to go with this company and after reviewing my options, i felt that Advanced Home Exteriors was most in line with the vision that I had for my house. I was dealing with my association on the project so the approvals took awhile and I had to request additional photos and information from Kelly along the way. he was very patient and helpful throughout that whole process and made sure I was on the schedule ahead of time. Once the approval was complete, the job started very quickly. Bill was there the day the materials were delivered to go over my job with me. George was my crew leader and he was always present on site to ensure everything was going smoothly. I admit that the construction process was new to me so i had questions along the way. The whole crew was quick to resolve any concerns and address any questions I had. During the job, the crew identified some additional work that needed to be done in order to properly install the siding above my garage roof. Kelly called me promptly and received approval before incurring additional costs. There was some confusion on what I wanted for the decorative touch on the porch posts and George was quick to resolve. Once the painting was done, I walked around the house with the crew leader and discussed any areas that needed to be touched up. George made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before he left the job site the last day. I was very impressed at the attention to detail by the crew. You can tell that they take pride in their work. Once the main siding and paint was complete, the gutters and screen porch were installed. It's like a new house! I would highly recommend this company. They genuinely care about their customers and care about doing the job well. Their work speaks for itself.

The entire experience was great. I used the message tool on Angie's List to ask whether this company could do the job. I had already contacted a couple of other companies that could not do the job, so I was thrilled when Kelly called me and said his company could. Kelly was on vacation at the time, but was checking and responding to his messages. I think this says a lot about his dedication and professionalism. I made an appointment for him to come to my house on Friday, August 15 to review what needed to be done and to give me an estimate. I was impressed with Kelly's friendly professionalism and I liked the estimate, so I signed a contract on the spot. Kelly told me the work could be done the following weekend or early the week after. Sure enough, a gentleman named Art called me on August 24 to let me know that he could be at my house at 8 o'clock the following morning to do the work. The next morning he called me to let me know that he was on his way, but needed to make a stop to pick up some supplies. That was fine with me. Art and an assistant managed to complete the project before lunch and I must say they did an excellent job. Before they left, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I'm very pleased with how things went and I highly recommend this company.

After a prior self-purported "contractor" literally destroyed my house and left it looking like a shack and leaking like a sieve, I thought all hope was lost. I had searched long and hard for the prior contractor and interviewed 4 contractors. Now, I had to start the process again, but this time my house was in shambles. I couldn't financially or emotionally afford to take any more chances and since there is no contractor licensing board in Texas, I turned to the James Hardie website for help. There I found Advanced Home Exteriors, a James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor. Advanced Home Exteriors saved my house. They turned it back into a home. Bill, Kelly & Rudy and his crew are consummate professionals. Rudy executed the project with skill and precision. He started the project when he said he would, showed up every day on time, and his crew always left equipment, tools and siding in an organized fashion. It is difficult to express my gratitude and to describe the dire straights I was in before Advanced Home Exteriors rescued my home. They made my home look more beautiful than I could have imagined and also relieved me of any worries over leaking siding, windows and doors. My husband and I can now raise our child in our home with this peace of mind.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Kelly was super helpful with the initial consultation and detailed bid. We knew they were doing exactly what we wanted, and knew how much we would be paying. (Absolutely no surprises). Rudy and his crew did fantastic work. The crew was very courteous and Rudy let me know daily about their progress and answered any questions I had. The house looks better than new! Bill was very easy to work with. He was at the job every day, and responded almost immediately to all emailed questions. We could not have asked for a better team to do this work. Be wary of companies that come in with low bids, but leave you wondering what you are paying for. Highly recommended!

The project took 4 days. It rained one afternoon which slowed things down a bit but they stayed the last day until around 7 to get it completed and get it right. They were very considerate of keeping the work site cleaned up. Also very considerate of making sure vehicles were not exposed to any paint overspray. The estimator came by the first day to make sure the crew knew what services were agreed to. The project manager was on site probably 40-50% of the time. They didn't have the right piece to replace a gutter downspout and will be coming by to replace and check on paint job again.

They responded quickly with an emailed proposal. I e-mailed questions and they answered them the same day. Worked started about 2 weeks later. They said it would take 3-4 days, and it took 3. After the work was complete, they could have cleaned up a bit more. The foreman and workers were friendly.

They met and beat our expectations. The house looks beautiful, the job was completed on schedule, the workers cleaned up everything, and the company was very professional.

I’m very pleased with them. Their timeliness stands out the most. They were organized. They cleaned up after themselves. The workers were polite, which is very important. They weren’t the most expensive and they weren’t the least expensive.

It was awesome. They did a great job. First of all, the sales rep that came out, Kelly who gave us the estimate and looked at our property and everything was the main reason we went with them. They were referred to us by a neighbor who had used them several years ago when I was first getting bids on the windows. So, I had them come out and he was so down to earth and honest. The other two companies that came out made us sit through a PowerPoint presentation on the history of their company and we didn't want to spend two and a half hours in all of that stuff. We didn't care about that. We just wanted them to show me the windows, what's the price, how good are they. And, Kelly at Advance Home Exteriors was just what we wanted, down to earth, real honest, not pushy, not saying "Oh you can get this much off if you sign on the dotted line right this minute". Nothing like that where the other companies did that.

The job went exceptionally well. An expenditure of this size is always tense since there are so many horror stories of unscrupulous contractors. Advanced Home Exteriors is top-notch. No money required until the job is complete except for a deposit on the custom windows. Kelly kept us informed and Rudy and his crew did careful and thorough work. The site was cleaned up every evening and the driveway was cleared of any nails. When the work was finished, all the items that had been removed from the wood were replaced carefully and in their proper locations It's clear that the company is well practiced at this kind of work. They know what to do and go about it professionally. I am very pleased with the outcome

We got quotes from three different providers. All were relatively close, but Advanced was the most competitive. They had good suggestions for our window needs - there are 11 very large picture windows across the back of the house where we wanted to maintain the clean sight-lines. We had some other complications in our work - they coordinated with our need to do some minor foundation work (and remove and then re-install windows) as well as resetting some of the existing windows. Our overall experience was great. Kelly and Bill took good care of us, answering our questions promptly and making very helpful suggestions on the installation. Joe and his team were great with the windows, and Rudy's team was excellent on the Hardie installation. They showed up on time, did quality work, and completed the work on schedule. All of the other "little things" you expect on a job our size were done well. We would definitely recommend them.

I had Advanced Home Exteriors install an Aluminum Pergola on my back porch. The reason I went with the Aluminum was because it looks like wood and there is no maintenance. My friend had a cedar pergola installed on their back deck about 3 or 4 years ago and it looked nice at first, but it has really weathered since and needs stained. The reason I chose Advanced Home Exteriors was because of the options they recommended to dress it up and make it look great. Their price was also competitive. They used round columns instead of the standard posts and cut scalloped ends on all the rafters. The workers were nice and very professional. They were finished in less than a day and you could really tell that they knew what they were doing from the moment they arrived. It turned out better than what I could have imagined. Thank you so much for making my back deck into an enjoyable outdoor living space! I would highly recommend Advanced Home Exteriors to anyone looking for a Pergola.

They were really good. They came in when they said they were going to be here. They cleaned everything up. They were polite and considerate. There was a problem with one of the windows which I did not realize. They ordered a new window and installed it. I can’t say enough good things about these people. They were very good and I will recommend them to anyone. They were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive either. I was very pleased with their work.

Contractor showed up on time and finished the job in the time frame specified. Work was high quality and job site was clean.

I requested four companies present bids for siding and window replacement for my home. I chose Advanced Home Exteriors because their bid provided the best combination of price and quality. Kelly was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and worked with us to select the best windows for our home. Kelly and Bill stayed in contact with us during the installation process and making sure our questions and concerns were addressed. The crew was prompt, courteous and did an amazing job transforming our home. I could not be any more satisfied with the job AHE provided.

They were knowledgeable, forthcoming and not pushy on the pricing. They were not trying to do the sale the same day. I informed them that I was not going to and they were really cool about it. I really like their way of doing things out of all the other that I have got a bid from.
