Owner, Bill Jacks, and his asst., Kelly Smart, were very professional and easy to work with. The workers were very neat and the siding was completed in 2 days and on time.

I consulted 5 companies before deciding on Advanced Home Exteriors. One company quoted me $25,000 for the siding alone. Two companies quoted less and two quoted $5000+ more. I made my decision after meeting Kelly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had no problem telling me that he wasn't sure about one aspect of the process - the siding below the back deck that is attached to our house. Instead of telling me that it wasn't an issue and that it could be done with out any problem, he said that he'd feel most comfortable having an additional person come out so that they could figure out the best way to address this. He also noticed that we might have a foundation issue (which there was) .I appreciated that Kelly wanted to bring in another set of eyes rather than surprising me down the line. It was especially reassuring as our home was built in the 40s and had two additions. Bill, the owner, came back out a week later along with Kelly. They inspected the exterior of our house once more and prepared me for the various things that they could find. I signed the contract and coordinated with Kelly to find a date to begin work which would allow for the foundation work to be done and to have settled. About a week prior to starting the work, Bill came back out with Kelly and the permits. We walked around the house once more and discussed any potential issues (like rain) and they made sure that they understood what I wanted done paint wise. The entire process was fantastic. I saw both Kelly & Bill on site during. Rudy and his crew were incredible. The only issues that delayed the job were due to rain and the crew stayed late a couple of evenings to compensate for that. Every evening the site was cleaned of debri. And on a couple of occasions our new puppy made an escape from the house and a crew member helped me chase him down! I can't wait to have everyone out next year to replace our windows!

17/2012 Workers arrived on time, every day and worked until it was too dark to see. They were respectful of my garden and plants. They cleaned up their mess every night before leaving. The workers were always friendly and polite. They explained everything they needed to do.

They were courteous and informative. I would highly recommend to other members.

It was a great company. They were reasonably priced and they could not done better job.

I used Advanced a couple of years ago to replace my upstairs windows which were original to the house and leaking air badly (some didn't even close all of the way). The windows are great so I just had Advanced replace all of my single pane windows downstairs. I chose brown windows because my house is older and has no white trim to match white windows, and I've got to say they look really good. Advanced brought me a trim sample before I ordered so I could make sure I liked the color. The install crew is friendly, professional, and did a good job protecting various surfaces from harm. I wondered how they'd handle the staircase chandelier which was right smack in the way, but they used a tether to tie it to banister so it survived just fine. The windows are vinyl and slide and lock really easily and the screens fit well. I can't remember if I chose double hung or if that's all that came in brown, but I can open both pieces of glass to get a draft in rooms even with the door shut. Neat! They also can be removed inward for easy cleaning. I'm currently working on a remodel that would have affected the windows, so I financed the downstairs windows into the bank loan to get them done too. The paperwork was a nightmare but Advanced stuck with it which I really appreciate. I definitely recommend Advanced and I will continue to use them for future projects (they did my roof, too).

I noticed a stain on my ceiling under the roof pitch so I asked neighbors for roofer recommendations. One neighbor highly recommended Advanced, so I called them. They were able to schedule the work quickly and did the entire roof in one day. They cleaned up thoroughly - I never found any nails in the lawn or garden. They replaced my shingle roof with another shingle roof, along with roof vents instead of those big rotating mushroom things (yay, no moving parts!). My roof has held up well and still looks great. They did a good job blending the flashing with my paint color, so you can't even tell I had a new roof put on. I was impressed with them and their work, and I've since used them for windows. Very much recommended.
