Larry Wright worked with us for weeks. He never complained that I had him prepare nearly 10 different bids on various AC units. He came by to discuss the job 3 times before he even knew he was getting the work. We finally chose a great Lenox system. Then on install day he and his crew started early and stayed till 10 pm to finish so to make sure we had ac for the night. I got bids from Averly, Stark, and 7 other companies. Larry met their prices and yet provided hands on service that you just don't find nowadays. If you are going to redo your system it would be a huge mistake to not call Larry Wright and his brother and let them come talk to you about your job. He found a few things that needed to be done that he had not bid but did them anyway without charging extra. He also gives a discount if you find him on angies list. thanks Larry! John Karl Davis

I'm new to Angie's list - I actually joined when the a/c stopped working so I could get some help choosing a contractor. I'm glad I did. I read the reviews and had a few companies come out and look at the problem. Larry gave me a great quote and told me a few things to make sure I get done on a replacement (like the acid neutralizer on a burnout). Larry's quote was actually based on an availability he had open to fill on a Friday. After calling around and deciding I wanted to go with Wright Bros - I called Larry on Saturday afternoon and he still honored the quote and did the work on Monday. It was a professional job at a good price and everything is working like a charm. I will use him again when I need more work done (which I hope is a very long time...) Thanks Larry!

I was impressed by the responsiveness of this company. I left a message 8 a.m. Monday and had a return call and an appointment scheduled (same day) within an hour of my message. They were very punctual and professional. They evaluated the system, advised of potential issues, including both short-term and long-term fixes with cost estimates, and then fixed the system. They were thorough and made sure they system was working properly before leaving. I will be calling them back to set up an annual maintenance plan.

I have had him do work for me before. He has come out a couple of times last year. He had come out on the weekend before, and did not charge me anything extra for that trip. He really goes above and beyond to get the business and to do the job right. I haven't had to go very long at all with a broken air conditioner before. His last estimate was for $44. I'm really happy with him.

Thoroughly researched and fixed the problem. Also, he spent an additional hour (at no extra charge) to make sure the system would not continue with the same problem. Very courteous and I think their prices were phenomenal... I am used to paying a LOT MORE $$ for this type of service. I am bringing them back for more work on our "fixer upper"

The contractor made an appoint two weeks out to do the install and showed up on time on the day of the appointment. The quality of the units installed were very good and the work done was very good. The price may have been a little higher than what I could have gotten with another contractor but it was in the range I expected for the top of the line Lennox system and the contractor had good ratings so I chose him. They started at 9 am and finished around 7:00 pm and got all the work done in one day. They cleaned up afterward and everything looked great and worked great. He accidentally broke a blender I had in the garage and went to the store and replaced it. I told him it was old and not to do it but he did it any way. I would highly recommend this contractor. The price was competitive and the work done was excellent.

Our air conditioning and heating system was approximately 15 years old and was on it's last legs. In addition, we wanted to take advantage of the tax credit for new systems. We obtained several estimates on installing a new system and Wright Bros. was willing to give us a good quality system for a good price. They did not attempt to up-sell us which we appreciated. Larry explained the system and how to register the warranty and the tax credit process. The installation process took all day, but Larry and his crew cleaned up perfectly and showed me the finished product once they were done. Overall we were extremely satisfied. We will have Wright Bros. service our system in the future.

I am very impressed with them. I like the father and son have run similar companies and they have been very good. The father runs this company. I called him and he said he could not come out, but he would send his son who has his own company. He got his son out here from a different company and how unique is that. He has been real reasonable. He will be coming here today. I would recommend him to others.

After having problems with my old unit, Larry e-mailed me estimates on the cost of fixing vs. the cost of several different tax credit qualifying and non-qualifying units. I decided on the Lennox 16 seer. Larry and his team checked the line set several days before the install to make sure there were no leaks in the attic (the old unit was leaking somewhere). On the day of the install, his team taped drop clothes onto the floor and were careful throughout the process not to damage things. They arrived at 8:30am and were cleaned up and done around 10:30 pm (my unit is in a hall closet which makes for tight working conditions). Larry and his team take the time to do things the right way and will explain what's happening throughout the entire process. I had a lot of outside work to do that day and I was totally comfortable with them being in the house without me. They were great around my three dogs, who are friendly, but tend to get pretty vocal when drills or other tools are used. Both work areas inside and out were cleaned up and looked great. The new touchpad control unit was explained and Larry made sure all of the paperwork was in order, especially the tax credit sheet. Larry and his team are very nice guys and when you meet them you know they will do a great job at a fair price. I highly recommend Wright Brothers and couldn't be happier with the whole experience and my new HVAC unit.

Tech was very courteous and explained what he found. Initially thinking I needed freon and that I had a leak he told me before he even got out the detector that there wasn't any leak because he found the pressure above recommended levels.

We decided to phone Wright Brothers after reading the reviews on Angie's. They arrived on time for the service appointment and were professional and friendly. Explaining the problem and how they could fix it. They had the parts needed for the repair on their truck. Wright Brothers will definitely be our first choice in the future.

The AC unit broke down Sunday, Aug. 15, 2010, at about 7:30 in the evening. The temp that day had been over 100 for the dozenthish day in a row and Monday was supposed to be over 100, too. Temp overnight in the house climbed to 84, and was uncomfortable but but not unbearable with the use fans. I needed a fast fix for the comfort of my wife, who is confined to the house. I called Wright Brothers at about 7:40 Monday morning and explained my situation to Larry Wright. He listened to my situation and told me he would have a look at schedules for the day and call me back. He called back in about 10 minutes and told me he could have someone there at 11, possibly sooner. I said send him. Todd, the WB tech, called me to say he was on his way at 10:10. By 10:30, he had arrived and diagnosed the problem. By 11, the broken capacitor was replaced and the AC was blowing cold air into the house again. Todd was fast to arrive, efficient, and very professional. I'm grateful to Wright Brothers for coming out and fixing my AC quickly during very hot weather, when they're no doubt very busy. I will definitely use Wright Brothers again. And I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks Larry and Todd!

Larry Wright did a very thorough job and explained what he was doing and about several problems that he found. He is a very competent, easy-going and straight-forward kind of person that told me what the situation was and what my choices were. He was very patient and thorough in answering questions. I was very pleased with the overall job and plan to use Wright Brothers in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Larry Wright is very dependable and conscientious and explains everything he does and why he is doing it. After cleaning the condenser and doing a thorough check of the unit, he determined the difference in temperature from the outflow vent and the vent in the ceiling to be 9 degrees when it should be 18-20 degrees difference. He got the temperature differential up to 14-15 degrees which was much cooler. We agreed that he would come back to determine why the freon needed to be added. He said there would be no service call fee for the next visit. Larry said since the unit was only 3 years old, it should not have needed freon. The unit was installed by a different company, and I have not been satisfied with their service. I WILL be using Wright Brothers in the future.

This is the third time I've used Larry Wright. He's prompt, professional and fair. I'm a property mgr. and have had repeated problems now with this one darn townhouse unit...which is actually only about 3-4 years old...but with chronic problems. The townhouse next door never has any AC problems - so it's just bum luck about this one. Larry responds right away and is quick to diagnose the issue. When the AC unit is out over a weekend, he's conscientious towards the tenant...offering to come by and re-charge the refrigerant till the full repair is completed on Monday. He and his crew show up when they say they will...they move furniture as needed for attic access and clean up any mess. The tenant is extremely impressed and has come to trust Larry Wright and think I'm pretty smart for finding him. I highly recommend this company. I hope the owners will approve signing up for a year-round maintenance agreement with Larry Wright because I'd really like to use his company for all the units I manage. He's fair, honest, fast, professional and offers discounts for repeat or service agreement customers. What more could one ask? I'm impressed and the tenant is cool, comfy and happy once more. Darn good accomplishment in 100+ degree weather. These guys earn their money.

It went great !! Due to mold had to custom rebuild plenum. The area where the unit was installed was extremely tight, requiring custom cutting, fitting, etc.. of new plenum. This was done very well and with great attention to detail. I should note that Larry Wright was very careful in selecting a new system to install. Due to limited space we could not use just any unit. Larry came up with a system that meet our requirements and fit the space. He fully explained all aspects of the issues and selection so that I was very comfortable with the choice. .Other companies quoted units that, after I become knowledgeable, I realized could not have been installed. To find this out after the existing unit was removed would have been a nightmare. Full credit to Larry for being so careful. Wright Bros. were also excellent in being on time, working hard and cleaning up when they left. They went out of their way to get the new unit running when they left the first night so we would have AC. This was despite the fact that it caused duplication of effort on their part. This was done at no increase in cost over the quote. Hard to bet that type of service. Would I use them again ?? Absolutely !!

They are a father-son combination along with other people. They have been around a long time. They are terrific. They were $1200 cheaper than anyone else for the same Trane unit. A part that was under warranty had failed. They didn?t have the part and they had it overnighted from Atlanta. They installed it a day later. The City came out and inspected the attic and said they had done a superior job.

The service was great. Overall, I was very happy. They seemed honest and did a good job.

They are a good company. The work cost me around $200. They were very courteous and professional. They were clear on what they were going to do and how much it would cost me. They didn?t hide anything; they were upfront about everything, prior to and during the service. They were good people. I think anybody would be happy after using them.

Air Conditioner stopped working in the middle of a very hot night. I called Wright Bros. first thing in the morning and made an appointment for that same afternoon. They arrived exactly on time and fixed hte a/c in record time. I have found HVAC specialists I will use every time.

Last fall Wright Brothers replaced our 3.5 ton HVAC unit with a new 4.0 ton Trane unit. Their estimate saved us almost $2500-$2800 over other companies estimates on units of lower quality than Trane. We consequently went with Wright Bro.'s to replace our two remaining 2.0 ton units with 2.5 ton Trane units. Again saved lots of money. They arrived on schedule and replaced the units. Did nice job of clean up. The Southlake City Code inspector said they had done an excellent job, far better than many of the contractors jobs he inspects. The inspector was particularly pleased with how they had marked all units and controls to make his job easier. We are extremely pleased with Wright Bro.'s and highly recommend them. You save a bunch of money, get top line equipment all professionally installed by neat, articulate professionals.

Outstanding! Larry was very professional, even persisted in spite of cell phone problems, having to find a pay phone to call me. I get desperate when my a/c doesn't work, for me, my dogs and my fish tanks, so I truly appreciated this company's responsiveness and skill. I even rec'd a 10% discount for finding him on Angie's list. Altho he was tired, Larry also offered to check my freon level, which luckily was ok......I really appreciated this company very much.

First rate. I called in the morning and it was fixed the same day...in the summer in Texas no less. Larry arrived at 9:00 pm and had it fixed and was gone by 10:00. He was very courteous and grateful. Although that was late at night, it sure beats waiting for another day or having to baby sit the house waiting for someone to show up, while I should be at work. Although it seems like a lot of money for a capacitor, I have paid more for just a relay. I was also given a 10% discount for the Angie's List referral! I will definately use them again and recommend them highly.

Called the company Wednesday afternoon and they were out Friday afternoon - receptionist was very nice and Nick was easy to get ahold of even when he was out of the office. Got a very good description over the phone about what the possible problems were and what they would do. They quickly diagnosed the problem and discussed all the options and pricing. We decided to just do the recharge and test for the leak at a later time, but the guys also helped clear out the drainage lines and explained everything they were doing very well.
