I found them through Angie's List. They provided excellent work. They were very much on time. They even went one step further with the stairway going to my attic. One of the steps was broken and they repaired that. They were very fair and very polite. They were very considerate. I don't really have a lot of experience with the pricing. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They responded promptly and got out to see us. After a long inspection, the tech showed me that our circuit board was malfunctioning on the heater. He went to get a new board and got it repaired. While I had been hoping for a less expensive repair, the unit was clearly shorting and had burned the system. The tech offered to try to repair the unit in place, but told me that it was unlikely to last and wasn't a great idea. He did give me the toption for that cheaper route, and I appreciated the attempt. We went with the board replacement, and it's been functioning perfectly since. Great service, thorough attention to detail, and quite knowledgeable.

Went well for me. They worked very hard in very hot conditions.

Larry did not bad mouth his competition at all, in fact he tried to explain how things happen sometimes, but he was a pro throughout.

Overall, I would call them again in a heartbeat because I appreciated the quick response and good service.

The install started on time with the upstairs being on the 1st day We noticed it wasn't cooling as effectively as we thought it should the night of the install. Instead of proceeding with the downstairs installation they immediately went to work on making the upstairs unit work properly which ended up replacing a faulty part (monitoring unit) and then tuning the unit They also corrected the drain which had been plumbed incorrectly since the house was built We rescheduled the downstairs unit a couple of days later (the unit was working we were just replacing it due to age) and that went perfectly. All in all a very good experience.

When I called Wright Brothers, Larry Wright answered the phone. My issue was not an issue as my ac was working so I let Larry know right away so that he could schedule a visit once those without (triple digit weather) could be serviced first. Larry called me two times to let me know what was going on with his schedule and then was able to come out 4 days after my initial call. Larry, himself, and an assistant were right on time. They covered their shoes with disposable booties/socks each time they came in to the house from the attic. Larry and Todd took a magnifying glass to my ac system, accessed the situation, and then made recommendations based on their findings (mine was an unbalanced airflow that caused a variance up to 10 degrees between rooms). Larry did NOT suggest that the duct work be reworked as other companies had, Larry did NOT suggest that we go to a zoned system as other companies had, Larry did NOT suggest that we add a second unit to the house as other companies had. Larry suggested that we work with the existing system and dampers to try to get a better and more efficient temperature balance throughout the house and then and only then if that did not work would we go to a plan B. Larry and Todd were constantly communicating with me to let me know what they were doing and why and, before they left, made some simple suggestions (such as type of air filter) to help maximize efficiency during this heat wave. Larry's planned worked and we could not be more pleased. You can try, but you will not find a more knowledgeable, professional, honest, customer oriented company as this. Wright Brothers is the ONLY company that will ever work on our system and if we could, we would nominate Larry Wright for sainthood!!

Our upstairs air conditioner went out. We called Wright and scheduled a service call. Despite it being one of the hottest summers on record here, they answered the call and sent someone out quickly. He diagnosed the problem as a fan capacitor being out, fixed it and we had cool air the same day. If I could have given an A+ I would have. Very professional and VERY prompt.

Manager, Larry called the first thing next morning after my email on the previous evening. He scheduled my appointment for the very next day, so good marks for promptness. Technician, Todd called multiple times to update me on when he would arrive, great marks for communication. Upon arrival, Todd verified that my coolant level was good, and re-assured me that the coils were working properly. NO unneeded material was pushed or sold. My next problem was a clogged condensation drain line. Todd was excellent in unstopping the drain.

I called this company to have them check out mytenant's complaint that the air conditioner was running 24 hours a day and only cooled the house to 81 degrees. I spoke with the owner, Larry Wright, and he had a technician at the property within 15 minutes of my call. The technician diagnosed that it needed additional freon. As he began adding the freon he realized there was a restriction in the metering device. Larry called me and explained in detail the process required to repair the restriction and quoted a flat rate of $550 plus $44 for the service call. (Note: They usually charge $69 for the service call, but gave me a $25 discount for being a member of Angie's List.) He arranged for the technician, Todd, to return first thing in the morning to make the repair. Before leaving, Todd made sure to put everything back as it was when he arrived and my tenants had the use of the air conditioner overnight. He arrived timely the next morning and made the repair. My tenants are now thrilled with an indoor temperature of a cool 73 degrees and the system only runs for 15 minutes at a time instead of continuously.

Called to confirm. Was on time. Very courteous and polite. Very clean. Discussed all the neccessary services and after finished went over all of performed services and pricing. I would only use them from now on.

They're very responsive. We called them on a late Saturday afternoon and he came out to fix our unit. He gave us a reasonable price.

After leaving several messages with several HVAC companys, I only got a few call backs. Most of the companys said they only would install Goodman brand. (That seems to be the dominate brand around here.) And most companys would not just install the compressor, they wanted to only install the entire outside unit. Then Larry Wright called me back. He said they would be happy to install just the compressor and install the exact compressor I wanted. He called several of his suppliers and found just the compressor I wanted. He also checked for a Rheem/Rudd outside unit just for comparison. He soon called me back with a quote identical to another company for installing just the compressor, and he also found a complete Rheem/Rudd unit with the Copeland scroll compressor for just a little bit more. Replacing the entire outside unit instead of just the compressor for just a little more, was a no brainer. Larry sent Todd, his technician, with Todd's helper, Cody. Todd did an excellent job and answered all my questions. Cody also did an excellent job of helping and keeping my yard clean as the work progressed. Larry, Todd, and Cody were all very friendly, very helpful, and very professional. Anything they could do for the customer was fine with them, they were as flexible as necessary: unlike the other companys who basically said "it's our way or the highway ". I know who I'll call next time I have AC or heating problems.

These guys are really great! The first time I used them, I called at 5:30pm after I came home and noticed the ac wasn't cooling. They were there by 8pm. I called them again recently when the fan motor on the compressor went out. They replaced it, but it still didn't seem to be working right, so Larry, one of the owners, showed up that night to make sure it had been installed correctly. He didn't leave until it was working right. He said he would wait to cash my check until he was sure that it was cooling properly. It's been working great! He even called the next day to make sure everything was okay, He took the time to explain to me and show me what I needed and why. I totally trusted these guys not to rip me off, and I am normally very suspicious of ac repairmen. I've had some bad experiences, but this was by far the best. I will definitely be using them from now on!

Very prompt response. I sent an email on the fourth of July holiday asking for service on the next day and I received a call from Larry on the holiday to schedule my appointment for 9 am the next morning. He scheduled my service call early in the day because I had another appointment later in the day. Todd arrived on time and was very polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate of the repair costs. Then, after I agreed, he fixed the problem right away. The parts he needed were on the truck with him. In less than a half hour, my air conditioning was fixed. I was very pleased and would use this company again. I received an Angie's List discount too! We recently moved and I've called Larry a couple of times since this first report. Once, Todd determined that no repairs were needed and then Larry also called to give a complete explaination and answer all my questions. Another time, repairs were needed but, again, Todd had the necessary part on his truck and fixed it very quickly. Todd and Larry are both very courteous and pleasant. This is a wonderful company and I highly recommend them!!!!

The technician that worked on my air conditioner was very honest and trustworthy. After he corrected the problem i called him about, i asked him to put the door back on the outside unit and when he did he caused a short in the circuit panel, which caused the heat to come on. If he couldn't have corrected the problem he would have replaced the circuit at no charge. He could have lied and told me it was another problem, but did not. It sure is nice to find someone who stands by his work or his mistake. I recommend Wight Brothers Air Conditioning without reservation.

It went great, I hated to spend the money unexpectedly, but I felt I received great service for the money spent. Plan to have Wright Bros. as my regular heating/AC company

I called Wright Bros. on Monday morning to get an estimate on replacing my whole Heating / AC system. Larry came out that same afternoon and checked everything out. Emailed me an estimate (with a couple of system options) the very next day and called to discuss those options. I accepted the bid and set up an installation date for Thursday. Larry and his crew showed up @ 9:00am and worked non-stop on getting the job done until 9:00pm that night. I couldn't be happier with their work. It's rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work, insisting on doing the job right and doing it right the first time. Even stuck to the quoted estimate, even though they discovered some extra work that needed to be done on the install after they got into it. I would highly recommend Wright Brothers for anyone who needs Heating / AC work done.

Overall it was a WONDERFUL experience. Todd answered all my questions and appeared to be very knowledgable about what he was doing. He was nice enough to explain everything step by step including showing me the price of the product from the book. In addition, because I am an Angie's List customer I was given a discount for the diagnostic of $44 instead of the normal price of $70. Within an hour my house started to get cooler. Todd was wonderful as well as Larry they guy I spoke to on the phone. Todd was knowledgable, punctual, and professional. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to a friend. There name Wright Brothers fits them...they were the right company to call :-)

Since our A/C pooped out Thursday morning, we were afraid we wouldn't be able to get anyone out here until next week. The company that installed our unit six years ago is out of business, but I checked The List and called Wright Bros. in Haltom City. They made an appointment for a repairperson to come out at 9 a.m. this morning (Friday). He showed up on time, was more than polite--he was very friendly and helpful. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem, create the invoice and leave us cool in about 40 minutes. It was a very good experience, and we appreciated the $25 Angie's List discount off the service fee. Wright Bros. had a 100% A rating with Angie's List and I can see why. We will probably call Wright Bros. again for our fall checkup. Now I just have to go back to The List and find an electrician to handle another problem Todd found while he was here.

Larry Wright and his employees were very professional in their approach to us. He very quickly pinpointed the issues and offered solutions that made sense. His estimates were clearly stated and cautions about what could and could not be achieved were clearly outlined. They showed up on time, went right to work, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Once the work was done, he again reviewed what they had done and what issues might remain that could not be fixed because of the way the attic was constructed. He offered a return visit at no charge to adjust the dampers after we began using the airconditioning. We were extremely pleased with his knowledge of duct systems, his professionalism and his honesty. the adjustments he made were just what we needed. We have had no further problems with air flow. We recommend him without reservation.
