LOVE THEM! Cannot say enough good things about them. They were so quick to respond anytime we had a question, the job was quick (they stayed late one night - rain slowed the process in the morning), and they seemed to genuinely care about our family and home. I had zero reservations or concerns and was so pleased with the results! They replaced all our siding and windows. Siding looks wonderful, clean, and even, and they also replaced all our windows. I love looking through our new clean windows knowing the job is over and was done so well. Their workers were brilliant and really knew what they were doing - despite having our siding repaired, the foundation made the window frames off a bit, but they were able to make it work perfectly and we've had no issues. It was such a good deal and value on the windows and siding - I felt the cost was more than fair, especially for the quality. They were very honest about pros and cons and didn't try to up-sell us. Plan on hiring them again for other projects and recommend them to everyone.

Outstanding from start to finish. I interviewed 3 contractors/companies that I had done thorough research on various sites that had great reviews. I hired Renew not, because of the price they offered but, because of the amount of time that Michael spent with us going over all the options. He didn't try to push anything on us or push us towards the most expensive options. He spent over 3 hours with us thoroughly going over the pros and cons of the different types of siding and windows. The two other companies that came out were here less than 30 minutes, simply showed us their good/better/best and said call us if you decide to do business with us. Everything worked exactly as Michael explained it would. Once he agreed to hire them and made our selections for siding, windows and doors, he told me how many weeks it would be before the project would start and updated us as time got closer. Once the project began, David took over as the Superintendent/Project Manager. Their crews were outstanding the windows and doors have made our home so much more energy efficient (our electric bill has dropped significantly and the road noise has decreased considerably). Once the siding work began, it was amazing to see the transformation of our home. They had some delays due to rain but, they kept us informed every single day if they were/were not coming and the days it did rain, they would even work for a few hours when there was a break in rain. The work was top notch from start to finish. The entire process was excellent! The crews working for Renew were good/hard working people with integrity and respect for us and our home. David followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Visited the job site throughout the entire process and always answered our text and calls immediately. He listened to me and was open to changes of things I didn't like and offered alternatives. I highly recommend Renew Home Exteriors. This is the way business should be done! Very satisfied with the work completed. Very professional from start to end. Michael worked with us to make sure we understood all products available before ordering. We didn’t feel pressured to pick one product over another. Install went faster than what we anticipated on the windows. Slight problem when the windows we ordered didn’t have the night latches as displayed however that was quickly rectified. David answered all questions quickly as they came up and was very responsive. Everyone on site was very kind. Love the new look of the house and would definitely recommend Renew to anyone needing work done.

The guys at Renew gave me a quote that was reasonable and did everything they said they were going to do. David stayed in touch when our timeline was pushed back due to weather and all through the project. I would definitely recommend Renew!

I own a rent house that needed desperate exterior work. Michael came out & was knowledgeable & was able to answer every question i had. David was in constant contact with me regarding ordering, arrival of materials & when work would start & finish. I had windows & siding done & the price couldn’t be beat! I even had a slight plumbing issue during the job & asked David about it & he was so nice to help me figure it out, even calling his own plumber to ask questions. And it wasn’t his problem at all. We had Renew Home Exteriors replace our siding, windows and gutters. We weren’t sure how things would look and Michael’s wife used a computer program to help us see how the siding and shutters we picked would look on our house. The window installers were perfectionists Stan wouldn’t finish a window until he thought it was perfect. The siding installer Shaun worked from early morning till late evening for seven straight days so that the gutter installer would be able to install our gutters. We had a minor problem with a couple shutters but David jumped right on it and replaced the shutters. When the gutter installation staff arrived they didn’t know that I wanted a 6” downspout and said they complete the job except for the special downspout and would be back on Monday to install it. On Sunday the lead installer for the gutters saw that we might have rain on Monday and knew I was very concerned about possible flooding without my downspout so Sunday afternoon he showed up to complete the gutter installation. I was very impressed with the entire process and the final product. I felt like the entire team treated me like a long time friend that they wanted to impress with the installation skills.

Great. My home looks amazing. Very professional company . Michael and David answered all my questions and my satisfaction was very important to them. The installer did a great job and I will use this company again if I need work done.

Great experience with both Michael and David. Michael spent almost 3 hours visiting with us answering all of my questions, great knowledge and patience! David returned calls several times instead of texting to make sure there was nothing missed between us. Both are great at what they do and care that it's done right. We had all of our windows and the siding replaced. We were expecting it to take 2 days for windows and 4 - 6 days for the siding. WOW were we surprised....windows were all replaced the 1st day plus they installed the new back door we had purchased elsewhere. The siding was started the same day windows were replaced and completely finish in 3 days. A small issue with the mfg pulling the wrong color for the corners but David made it right. Highly recommend these guys!!!!

About two months ago, I decided that it was time for my home to be updated. I set out to get bids from a few siding vendors. After having estimates done by two other companies, Michael Marcott came out and talked to me about all that Renew Home Exteriors has to offer. I was most impressed that not only did Michael reach out to me prior to his arrival, once he arrived, he spoke to me in detail about the service I could expect from Renew Home Exteriors. The two previous companies that came out--one being a major player in this industry, what impressed me the most was that Michel explained to me in detail why it would be in my best interest to allow RHE to service my request. The first company that came out did not educate me on the various levels of siding nor did they give me the ins and outs of why one was better than the other. The demonstration I received from RHE was extremely educational and therefore, allowed me to make a more informed decision. In fact, I actually walked away from the experience understanding what I was getting into and what I should and could expect. Once I selected RHE to do the work I needed, David Corkran came out and did a thorough walk around of my home and verified the work that I agreed to with Michael and this was done with extreme detail. Once a date was finally selected to begin the work, what impressed me even more was that the foreman, JP and his crew were on time, and paid extreme attention to detail throughout the entire remodel process with my siding project. I was elated that even as the work was in progress, there were a couple of opportunities for me to make slight changes on the fly by which they complied. I have never worked with a company with high standards towards meeting a customer’s needs and with a high regard for customer service; which was above board. The project took about a week to complete and once completed, I received a final visit from Michael to verify that I was happy with the work and while there was only one thing that needed to be adjusted, it was done in an extreme timely manner. I was additionally impressed that when they crew left, they did great with the clean up which is not what many people or other companies have been known to do in my past experience. I highly recommend RHE to anyone that is in search of a home siding project whether it be windows, doors or the other products they offer.

Excellent service from the first meeting to the last item completed. Michael and David were extremely helpful. Made suggestions for siding types and colors but respected the decisions we made. Was very honest about the cost and benefits for the window options. Install teams were polite, respectful and cleaned up area every day. The project was done on time and as we requested. My house looks fantastic, it truly looks brand new.

Renew was great to work with. They worked with us to provide us what we requested in windows and financially. We split our new window order and installation in half over a year or so timeframe to allow us time to safe and take on the project. They cleaned up afterward and were careful of the surroundings both inside and outside.

We spoke with 5 different companies with quotes all over the place. Michael from Renew was the first to offer us many options and different price points. He took the time to listen and understand what we were trying to accomplish with the project on our home. He then explained the difference in quality of most of the siding products offered in the industry and their strengths and weaknesses. They even took the time to show us what the house would look like after the job was completed using a computer program on their website. This was very helpful in making sure we picked the right style and colors. Once we decided to choose Renew, David (Project Coordinator) came out and went over the project with us and stayed in contact over the next few weeks to give us updates on when the material would arrive and when the install date would occur. When the work began the installers were very professional and cleaned up everyday and they transformed our home into the most beautiful home on our block. We our so proud of our home now and couldn't recommend Renew more. Look no further you have found the perfect company for you.

I fully recommend Renew Home Exteriors for any kind of siding needs. Michael was incredibly helpful and nice to answer all of the questions we had. He delivered on every promise that he made when he sold us on their service. If we have other siding needs in the future, they will absolutely be the first people we call.

We had to replace our original builder-grade siding due to hail damage. I found Renew because they were highly rated on both Angie's List and Home Adviser (for good reason). I called and Michael came out for the estimate. He spent almost an hour explaining the product, what my options were (he gave me several at varying prices), exactly what the installation would include, etc. but did not pressure me to close a sale and actually encouraged me to get other estimates to compare. He was very professional and really knows the siding business. After pricing other companies, I found that Renew was by far the best value both in terms of the product and the pricing. It took several months to get my claim resolved with my insurance company (Michael actually worked with my insurance adjuster and was a big help in getting them to pay a fair value for the replacement) and get some other items done to the house that I needed to do before the siding. During that time, Michael stayed in touch with me regularly and when I was ready he came out and spent another hour again going over the product and installation to make sure we were on the same page. It was exactly what we had discussed previously. We signed the contract (at the same price he had quoted me months earlier) and they did the job the next week. Before the work was started, David (the Project Manager) also came out and went over the scope of the project again. This company has fantastic customer service, Michael and David are both easy to get hold of, and they were truly committed to making sure I was completely satisfied with their work. The installers (Jason and Jeremy) were very professional and took their time to make sure the job was done right. The finished product looks great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality work by a customer-focused company at a very good price.

Great ! I received notice from David(project manager) on Sunday evening that the crew would arrive early on Monday morning. They did and the job was completed by 3:15 pm that same day. My initial contact was with Michael and he was a tremendous help during the shingle color selection and the price selection (my budget had to be on the low end)- he made calls to local stores looking for shingle samples that I could use to help me make a decision. David stayed in touch with me from the start of the project (both in person and by phone) Following completion, David did a walk-around with me and answered any questions I had and corrected a few issues I found. This is an amazing company and these two guys are the absolute "best" to work with - this is my second project with them - first was vinyl siding.
