Used Renew to apply siding to older home with stucco exterior. Renew team were wonderful to work with and we are extremely Happy with their work. Work crew were professional and skilled.

The contractor came out and viewed the work to be done, then quoted me the price. It was very reasonable. His team came out on the appointed day and time. They were very professional, experienced and finished the job within the time that I was given. The completed work looked great and they left the area spotless clean. The contractor then came out, inspected the work to make sure it was done as expected. I was very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend anyone needing exterior remodeling work done on their house to call this company.

I spoke Brent C, back in Jan.2019. I had share with him about my disability. He came out and measure our home. He gave us a price which we think was very high. We had others come out and gave us a lesser quote. We told him we will get the check until April or May. He said they will honor if the price is lower and same product. We emailed him the quotes and he said he would match it. They would match but now they shorten the deadline to finalize the agreement. Which will not work for me because we have yet to received the money. They can make it right by letting me get the check ( from social security ) first in which I told him from the beginning. And give us the rework contract we discussed.

I could not be happier with the workmanship, customer service, and hard work of this company. It is so gratifying to work with a company that values the above qualities. Kenneth, Lee, and James H. comprised the work crew and were amazing. I recommend this company to anyone needing siding installation.

Renew Home Exteriors did an excellent job replacing the windows and siding on my house. The installers did great putting everything in. What speaks even more about the company I think however was their willingness to make things right. There was a slight mistake in the ordering of materials. We noticed it after most of one side of the house had its siding done. Rather than try to talk us out of correcting it, David reviewed our paperwork and said they would do whatever was necessary to correct it. Luckily we liked the color and instead of taking it back down and re-doing it, we instead replaced the trim color with a darker color as that had not really been opened yet. They even put up a few different sample colors to make sure we picked something we liked. Mistakes happen easily in any business, but the willingness to make sure the customer is happy speaks volumes. A huge thanks to everyone involved in the project! We are very satisfied.

Project went well. On the few occasions that I called with questions I got prompt return calls. The installers were polite, answered questions and kept me informed. The outcome looks great and I don't have to worry about painting or caulking anymore.

We could not be happier with the experience we had with Renew! From the first phone call to the finished job, we felt that we were a priority in comfort and satisfaction. Brent was understanding in our comfort zone and made our siding project easy to go forward. Chuck that did our siding was polite, courteous and even came to work in the rain to get our job completed. We were impressed that there was more rotted wood on our house than initially thought and it was all replaced at no extra charge. David was by checking on the progress every couple of days making sure everything was being done and to make sure we were happy. We are so happy with the job Renew did on our house and look forward to working with them in the future to finish our projects.

David kept us well informed throughout the process. There was one delay, but David went out of his way to take care of us. Very pleased with the service. Making sure we were happy was very important to them.

Brent came to my house and was very punctual. He measured the house then came inside and handed me a three-ring binder that must have weighed 5 pounds. It was full of pictures of various jobs Renew Home Exteriors had worked on. It also contained several pages of references. While I looked through the binder, Brent worked up a price. From here, everything went downhill. The Renew Home Exteriors website ([*** Link removed ***] promotes three brands of siding: Alside (vinyl siding), James Hardie (Fiber Cement), and LP SmartSide (Engineered Wood). Therefore, I expected Brent to give me the pros and cons of each type of siding, but that's NOT what he did. He proceeded to bash all of his products except Alside Coventry, Alside Odyssey Plus, and Alside Charter Oak (the most expensive. and according to Brent, the best). I asked him why the website promotes all three brands when he obviously doesn't think too highly of James Hardie and LP SmartSide. His answer was that his customers want variety and may not want to spend more for Alside Charter Oak (apparently, his favorite). I found this to be a lame excuse. I wonder how James Hardie and LP SmartSide would react if they knew that Brent was bashing their products. He even made sure that I know about a lawsuit against James Hardie over their poor caulking. The icing on the cake was what I would consider hard-sell sales tactics -- "our best price is available only today." He then proceeded to give me three prices: 1) Retail; 2) 20% discount good only for one month; and 3) an additional 10% discount good for ONLY ONE DAY. He priced Alside Charter Oak vinyl siding as follows: 1) Retail -- $19,804; 2) A 20% Discount = $15,843; and 3) Additional 10% discount for $13,990 (his math is wrong; it should have been $14,258). Even though he said Alside Charter Oak Vinyl Siding was the best, I found the following review online: "Do not put this stuff on your home. The siding will basically melt when exposed to direct or reflective sunlight. Alside does not warranty the siding. If your siding color is discontinued, you may have to re side the entire home. This problem is proliferating around the entire country, some of it is due to Low-e reflective windows. There is no way to know if this will be a problem, but if your siding warps, twists, buckles and melts, NO ONE will admit any fault and help you remediate the problem. Claims that lead you to believe that putting vinyl siding on your home will let you lead a maintenance free life are lies."

Michael and David were very helpful and professional. They did a excellent job installing vinyl siding on my soffits, and they did some extra work of placing screens over the holes they cut. I had just repaired the garage door frame, so I didn’t have them cover that. A year later the paint was already beginning to peel on the repair, so I contacted Michael to come out and cover the garage door frame. They came out and did this work for me for free, wishing me a Merry Christmas (it was done in November)! Not many companies offer that quality of customer service! They also installed vinyl siding and new windows in my parent’s house. You won’t go wrong in hiring Renew Home Exteriors!

David, the owner of the company was the person we met with on 2 different occasions. We approved the work to be dome in our 2nd meeting and felt his recommendations and ideas fit our needs, and the cost was less than another company gave us. He was very knowledgeable and really seemed to have our best interest in mind. We had 4 windows replaced that we had problems with about 6 years ago, he told us they were still in great shape and did not need to be changed. The crew that installed our windows was on time, serious about the job and conscientious about making sure things were done right and looked great. They cleaned up and left the house as it was when they started, actually looked much nicer with the new windows. When they were done, David came and checked everything over, which we thought looked great. He found a few minor problems that we did not see, the crew took care of them right then before they left the job. My wife and I are very pleased with the windows and the entire process. We would rate the service a 10 out of 10 from start to finish, and would definitely recommend them.

These guys did an amazing job. We had a bad hail storm. We did not lose all the siding. They helped us match the color and after it was up you would never know it was not all done at the same time. I would have them back at any time.

David was great and our new windows look amazing. Will hire again for sure.

Excellent!! The old windows were removed and new ones replaced in one day!! Then each window was sealed and caulked. I also had Renew Home Exteriors add shutters to the front windows. The house looks NEW!! I am so very pleased with this company!!!

Just finished putting vinyl siding on our house in Granbury TX. The owner Michael is very knowledge in the field and gave me what I needed and wanted for the house, not something some other companies tried to talk us into and at a very good price. The installer Fred and his wife are very skilled and would walk me through the work he was performing and why something was being done. My kind of people with the care and service. I will us them again.

The quality of work was great. They arrived on time and the work was completed on time. The price was very competitive with better quality materials. When we met with the contractor to discuss the work and scheduling they were great with being flexible with our time. They were well prepared in the first meeting it eliminated any wasted time when enlisting their services. I will definitely hire this company for any future services.
