Chose this company because it had been in business the longest of the Angies List. I checked out as best I could on line. So, I was apprehensive at first, not knowing anything about them. But once Brent and Shane came out, all my fears were allayed. They have done exactly what they said they would which was such a relief. The workmanship is outstanding and the quality of siding seems to be the best I’ve seen. The price was well worth the finished project.

Purchase and install experience were great. Very professional and detail oriented crew. Got door openings, nook and window boxes, garage siding, and chimney done. Looks nice and get favorable comments from the neighbors. Expect these surfaces to last the life of the house.

The process was hassle-free.I met with Brent about my project, and we discussed all the options that would make sense for my home. Later, I met with David to finalize everything and get started. The workers were thorough and completed the job, and it looks fantastic!

When Brent and Shane came out to give me a quote on siding and some doors they were professional and courteous. They were not the lowest priced, but their presentation was the most comprehensive and professionally presented, which impresses me more than just a low price. As for the work, the crew arrived on time and got right to work. The entire job - siding, new patio door, 2 storm doors, and one entry door - took about three days, which was quicker than I expected. At the end of each work day they cleaned up their work area, and left no debris behind when they finished. Overall, they did a superb job, and I recommend them to anyone who wants the best siding and/or door and window installation possible.

Shane walked us through the process of what Renew would be doing with our roof and kept us in the loop of everything going on. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They draped many tarps over the pool so things would not get in the pool. When the crew finished the job, they cleaned up and put everything back in its place. David talked to me at the end of the job, pointing out the little things that matter when putting on a new roof. We had a great experience with Renew. I appreciate all the work that went into our roof and the excellent way Shane and the staff took care of us.

Outstanding customer service before AND after the sale. Michael Marcott with the Granbury, Tx store was outstanding during our initial contact, during the process, and after the install. We had a small issue arise with one window that turned out to be a factory issue. Michael jumped on the issue and had it resolved very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

When it did kick off the contractors were very friendly and reliable. If I had any questions or concerns they were quick to answer and give me a detail explanation. This was a big job, about $41,000, to remove and replace the old vinyl siding and original windows of our grandparents' house built in 1952. It's a small house with detached garage, but there were many windows and a lot of surface area to replace. We are so pleased with the results! It looks fabulous and should last many years. The beginning of the work was delayed due to delays on previous jobs, so we got started later than planned - that was my only concern. The crew is well-qualified and hard working. All issues that were raised were addressed promptly and efficiently - items that they found and some that we had as well. We added a bit to the scope pf work and David was able to give us a fair price on our adders. They now the products and the advantages and limitations. I would recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with Michael and David. Very professional business and people, and friendly and easy to work with. Michael sat down with me to get things started and took time to explain options though I new which siding I was leaning towards. David made sure the project went smooth. He addressed any issues/concerns I had with the final work and outcome in a professional manner. The guys doing the work did a very good job. They were troopers working in the cold weather in January. My hats off to them.

The project went well. The damaged vinyl was from a different company and they matched it perfectly. They were very efficient and high quality in both installation of the vinyl siding and their updates on the project timing They will be my “go to “ company again

What I really enjoyed about working with Renew was their willingness to take on a smaller job that other companies said they would and then would never even give me a quote on.
