The install was same day and they were mindfull of my home and yard. The windows look great. Looking forward to using them again for the next round of repairs/windows needed.

Great experience! Everyone was very professional! Three weeks from start to finish. Gave us several bids to choose from so we were able to choose what worked for us. Showed up and finished in the same day.

Everything went very smoothly. Gave us several different options and different bid ranges. We Were able to upgrade the siding and add insulation. We had a contact number and they kept us in the loop. We signed the contract and work was completed within 3 weeks.

Michael and David did a great job from start to finish -- it was my first large "additional/remodel" I have done on my first home and they made me feel comfortable from the first phone call and visit until even after the work was done. They were very prompt and responsive whenever I had questions and have taken care of me the same way even after the work was completed with a couple things I needed done or had questions on. Highly recommended!

Salesman/owner - Michael was great. He gets an A+. He came promptly and was enthusiastic. The price was negotiated and the project began. The installation crew wasn't my favorite- they were messy in the yard and not as careful as I wanted, however upon discussion with Michael and his partner, I became completely satisfied. They came and spent hours making sure no trash was left. The house looks wonderful. Every call was answered promptly. They even dealt with removal of some honey bees that had moved into an area unsuitable for all of us.

I wanted to take time to provide a brief write-up on the Vinyl Siding and Window project recently completed by Renew Home Exteriors. Not only was I attempting to put a “facelift” on the house, but also assist with a personal goal of reducing routine maintenance on it. I am currently recovering from Myeloma Cancer. In doing so, my energy level is not like it used to be, whereas, I would do my own home improvements on my own leaving minimal projects to outsource to contractors to do. I did my research and had several contracting companies come over to discuss. What amazed me with Renew Home Exteriors, they listened to what I was attempting to accomplish in modernizing the look of the house, but also reduce the emphasis on maintenance so I would not need to worry about future efforts on my part. They listened and provided back ideas to reinforce my objectives; the other contracting companies were not as open and candid with ideas; hence, I felt as if I was just another “project” for them. Once they started work, each person associated with Renew who came out and worked on the house, were very caring and sociable, letting my family know when to expect them each day. It was not a surprise for me to be asked to come outside to take a look at something they decided they wanted to do with the original vinyl siding design, to further improve in their mind to make it look much better than what was mutually agreed upon initially. In other words, these guys were taking a personal interest to make my house look the best it can, “doing the right thing right now”, at no extra cost. I value this since not always can one visualize how the end look will look. During the final walk around upon completion, there were some slight things we both saw together to tidy up and they plan to drop in within the next couple of days to do; however, the completed project has tremendously improved the overall look of the house and met my personal objective. If I have future projects where Renew Home Exteriors can be considered a contractor, I will definitely use them again. Very honest, caring, and takes personal interest to meet the Customer’s needs. I value having such a great Customer Experience and look forward again working with them if the need arises.

The replace windows on my commercial building six years ago. When we needed siding, we called Michael again. The price was fair. The work was done when scheduled and finished on time. The crew was clean and efficient. My tenants even commented on how smooth the project went without disrupting regular business activity.

Michael was great! He took the time to work with me and educate me about windows and siding for my chimney. Stan and his team did the install of the windows and it went smoothly, he answered my questions as he was working and I am very happy with my new windows and chimney!

When my husband and I decided it was time to replace our vinyl siding we had a difficult time finding someone to take on such a large job. Thankfully we found Renew. Michael came to our home the same week gave us a bid and we were set to go. David communicated almost daily with us on what they would be doing. A big thank you to Jim and his crew. They were fast efficient and most important left every evening with all scraps and trash carried off so we were able to enjoy sitting outside as usual. I would highly recommend Renew for any job large or small.

Michael (owner) was able to meet us in a very timely manner to offer us a quote as we were only in town for a few days to wake care if some issues with our rental property. He was able to quote us for windows as well. His price was essentially half of what Sears quoted us and product comparable. David (project manager) got in touch with us very quickly after we had agreed to move forward with the project. They started sooner than we anticipated. There were a few hiccups (more so with our tenants regarding scheduling, and with arrival of windows). Our house (from pictures) looks a lot happier and cleaner. Our previous siding was in very poor condition. They were able to clean up the wiring on the outside of the house for us as well. David did an excellent job of keeping us updated on the progress and sent us pictures (per our request) during the process (since we live out of state). We would definitely recommend them.

We are so very pleased with our home improvements. Everything was done exactly as stated. There was terrific communication and response to every question.
