Description of Work: At first they told us they couldn't get anybody out for 5 days, but when we told them our refrigerator was not working at all, they managed to get someone out the very next day. He was actually a few minutes early and was very pleasant and professional. The van is professionally painted with their name and the technician was in uniform, so I felt completely safe. He told us the coils were bad and it was going to be costly so we opted not to do the repairs. The young man who came out was very helpful in suggesting what to look for and avoid when purchasing a new unit.

Description of Work: Warranty repair on Whirlpool Duet washer. Had to replace most of the innards due to drum being loose. Initial call didn't send repairman out due to errant error code on display even though we knew it needed to be repaired. No complaints about the repairmen or repairs.

Description of Work: Guinco first came to evaluate my Kitchenaid dishwasher on Fri, May 2nd because it was leaking. He determined that the pump needed replacing and the part needed to be ordered. The office called me the very same day and booked another appointment for the following Tue, May 6th. The same technician came out and got to work right away and completed the job in no time. This is the 3rd time I have called on Guinco for appliance repair, the other 2 times my new appliances were still under warranty and I had no out-of-pocket expenses at all. They took care of everything. I hope I don't have anymore issues with my appliances, but if I do, I will always call Guinco because they are prompt, professional and always do the job right the first time.

Description of Work: Angel troubleshot the refrigerator. The ice machine and water were not working. Both lines were frozen. Fixed the ice machine and we talked about how I might unfreeze the line in the door without replacing the whole door (line could not be worked on due to door manufacture). I defrosted the freezer and moved food to ice chests. The line started working again after about 4 hours and has been working since.
