Description of Work: Inspected dishwasher and gave estimate for repair. Recommended I buy new dishwasher rather than repair. He could have easily talked me into an expensive repair but he did not. I appreciate his honesty.

Description of Work: I called to get a diagnostic test done to see what was wrong with my dishwasher. I received a confirmation call the day before the scheduled appointment and a second call when Angel, the technician was on his way. Angel was early and had the test down within 20 minutes. I scheduled a follow up visit to get the motor installed. Again, Angel showed up early and had the motor installed in 45 minutes. It was so quick I was only 20 minutes late to work.

Description of Work: My soap/fabric softener dispenser was not working correctly so I was getting an error code. Since I gave them the error code when I called for service, the tech had the needed part with him. He checked out the entire washer and ran it through a shorter version of its cycles. I had also seen a small amount of water on the floor and he found out why and fixed it. He also cleaned the rubber gasket in front and recommended an increased schedule of using "Affresh" to keep it clean since we have dogs. Their hair was clogging the drains in the front a little and we were getting black gunk that would potentially cause odors.

Description of Work: The deal did not process right away, so the company came and did the work and I paid full price. I later looked online and saw that the deal did process - but I did not actually use it on the service.

Service tech had to come out 3 times to fix machine but only because he was trying to fix the problem with out me having to overpay for parts I did not need. Eventually I had to replace the pump but I was not charged any more labor cost. Andrew was extremely professional and polite. I will gladly use Guinco again.

Description of Work: Guinco made an appointment with our tenant for a time suitable for them and did a diagnostic review on the stovetop/oven in our home there. After, the tech called me to review what was needed for repairs and the cost. I decided to go with a new stovetop/oven, instead of making repairs, but he was extremely helpful in answering my questions about costs involved, and whether to go with coil stovetop again, or with smooth top (did you know that a repair to a smashed smoothtop could be $400 or more?). This was extremely helpful in determining what to purchase next for our rental home and I truly appreciated him taking a short time to answer my questions. I will definitely call them again, when needed. (they also can help with warranty work on the new one)
