Guinco Service

Excellent service, prompt and very courteous. Sent me an email in advance with a link to the technician's bio so I knew exactly who was coming. I gave them a B because the trip charge was higher than others I found when comparison shopping. However, it was TOTALLY worth it. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Called Guinco to have them come out and check our dryer out. We didn't know whether it was a part in the dryer that was the problem or vent. The service tech OK'd the dryer and recommended someone to clean the vent (it is a long 25 foot that is difficult to self clean).

Overall, I was very happy with Guinco's service. I filled out a service request online and received a very prompt call to schedule a visit. I was given a time window of service. Although the service tech, Justin, was running a little behind schedule that day, he did not appear to rush through my repair at all. He answered questions and showed me the problem as he worked on the repair. He even answered a couple of questions about another appliance I was having trouble with. Since he was able to use the part that was originally in the dishwasher, I was only charged the initial service fee of $99.95. I was a very satisfied customer, with no surprises as to what to expect.

From the time I first called Guinco, it has been a good experince. From the customer service representative who took the call to the tech who arrived promptly on time. They even called to tell us the tech was on the way. Very professional service and I will call them for any future needs.

The entire experience was a good one. Our technician, Rafael, seemed knowledgeable and was pleasant and efficient. Would definitely use Guinco again.

Guinco came and looked at my fridge after the refridgerator compartment stopped cooling. They didn't have the part but promised to come back and replace it the next day. The next day, there was a mixup and the main office called to schedule a date to come install the part. I explained to them the confusion and that I needed someone to come that day (my mother in law had come by the house to greet the person as I was at work) , and they reached out and contacted the service rep and switched around some things to make sure they could meet my expectations. So, it wasn't a perfectly smooth transaction, but the piece I really appreciated is that they identified an issue and took corrective action, ensuring I was satisified. You can't ask for more than that out of a service provider. Oh, and of course, my fridge is running well again.

The repair man was very prompt and courteous. He found the problem right away and had the parts to repair. As stated above the price quote was high but went ahead even though he thought it would be cheaper to just buy a new one but since it is a built in,not sure. I still had to pay the 99.00 service call.My husband kept the switch parts so he can go ahead and fix next time this happens!

They were very good. They were very friendly and very helpful. While they were here, they even asked if there were any other appliance problems that I had for them to look at. It was not a horrendous price. I would definitely use them again.

Tech was able to quickly diagnose the fridge needed more repairs than it was worth. Because he spent little time and was unable to repair, he charged only half the amount I expected for the service charge.

I got a phone on the day of the visit telling me that he would be at my home shortly. He arrived, neat, clean, freshly starched shirt. Introduced himself, gave me his card.He worked for probably 30 minutes, wrote up the estimate, had it sent to my email.Satisfied with the service

Joe Copeland showed up on time and was a real expert on our appliances. He throughly explained what he was doing and answered each and every question. At the end of of his appliance examination and testing he explained my options about possible repairs. No pressure what so ever! He also offered to look at our other appliances and let us know he could fix them as well. We highly recommend Joe and Guinco Service!

Every human contact was awesome. I was a bit surprised by the cost of the replacement part. The good thing is the tech had the part with him and no return trip is needed. That isn't always the case with appliance repairs. I'm a satisfied customer.

Called Guinco on Monday morning, a very pleasant woman answered the phone and stated that she had an opening on Wednesday between 8-11 for a tech to come out. Once we agreed on that time, she stated that we would recieve an email on Tuesday to confirm our appointment, and give us the name of the tech comming to our home. I recieved the confirmation email in my inbox around noon on Tuesday, but I didnt confirm it till later in the afternoon as I was out all day. Once we confirmed our appoinment we were directed to the Guinco website where we were able to read a small bio on our tech as well as see a picture. I like this feature as I might not have been home when the tech arrived, and it allowed my wife to know who to expect. When Allen arrived he was very professional, even putting plastic covers on his boots to protect our floor. Upon describing our issue he knew exactly what the probelm was, and he was able to immediately give us a quote for the job. (They use a small laptop with there logo on it which I thought was cool). Allen worked very fast and before I knew it he was done. He even gave us some advice on our dishwasher, which we were about to replace when we didnt need to. Weve never had an appliance repaired before so I'm not sure about the pricing but it seemed standard to me and was about what I expected. With Angies list we were able to get 15.00 off which was cool. I'm a sucker for great service and often don't mind paying more to get it, Guinco and Allen won us over, and will be our company of choice for all future appliance repairs.

Technician performed a thorough check of the washer and diagnosed the problem. The washer is now working.

Guinco, you are a gem. New to the DFW area I signed up for Angie's list when I didn't know who to call for washer machine repair. Not having anything to go off of I chose the company with the highest reviews and every single one was great. And now having used your company, I couldn't agree more. It was inexpensive to me for such a large repair and your technician was very friendly and personable, nevermind knowledgeable. I am going to recommend you to as many people as I can - and my leasing office has a copy of your business card so they can recommend you. Thanks for everything - we are so appreciative!

They were really great. They fixed it very easily. They acutally instructed us on how to fix it and we did it our self so then we only had to pay the service call. By giving us the definition of what was wrong and what we could do he saved us about $200.

After looking on Angie's List, I decided to call Guinco. I spoke with them on Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday. The technician, Allan Randall, arrived at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem which was a lid switch failure. He replaced the switch and ran a complete cycle of the washing machine to be sure it was working properly. Mr. Randall was very courteous and professional. Upon finishing repairing the machine, he thoroughly cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend Guinco and will definitely use them again in the future.

Jeff diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts available to replace.

We greeted a well dressed(guinco service uniform) technician at the front door of our home. Before entering he put covers on his shoes to keep from dragging anything into our home even though he appeared to be very clean from my standpoint. He went right to work on the refrigerator, checking for obvious problems with the filter, water line etc. Found the leaky valve fairly quickly and gave us an estimate on the repair. Also pointed out that this may not be all of the problem but was certainly the beginning and needed to be done. He pointed out the fragility of the water lines(plastic) and that some or all of that may need to be replaced if we choose to keep this frig. Also pointed out that there may still be a problem with the icemaker and would not know the answer to that until we repaired the valve and maybe replace water lines if necessary. He was very thorough and helpful from the time he started until he left. We never felt like he was in a hurry even though it was after 6pm. Again I want to say this was a very refreshing encounter with an appliance repair technician. We were completely satisfied and will call them again if we decide to repair our old frig.

Allen Randall, the technician, arrived at my home on time, went right to work and fixed my dryer. He was very nice and knew what to do immediately. He found a loose connection, tightened all the connections and everything was back in working order. I am very pleased with the service.
