Guinco Service

Description of Work: We have used Guinco multiple times over the last few years and each time, they have been prompt, courteous, and professional, providing excellent and expert service. The most recent visit was in December 2012 when they quickly repaired our refrigerator door (not closing properly). In the past, they have repaired our dishwasher and microwave oven. Excellent service.

Description of Work: Company was good with setting up appt. over Christmas. Was surprised when their fee for just coming out was double the cost of others on Angie's list. Therefore I decided to use one that was half the price and emailed Guinco to cancel appt. I was taken back by the admonishing message on email that said I needed to be prompt with cancellation as other people may need my appt. I do not need to be chastised by service providers.

Description of Work: I thought the estimate was high at first, but then researched the cost of the part that needed to be replaced. I also spoke with Jerrod one of the managers and he stepped me through their pricing. After I spent time speaking with him (he was very gracious) I fully understood how the pricing is structured, how much the part costs to them (I even called the place where it was purchased to verify) and time involved. Angel, the service rep who performed the repairs, was punctual, efficient and professional. What a great company! I would highly reccomend them and will use them again. It just doesn't get better than the service they offer. Great company!

Description of Work: Side by side freezer had puddled on the floor, all frozen items thawed overnight. New to area and started calling repairmen at 7:30 am. Relied on Angie's list for reference. Guinco answered the phone right away and could send someone out today, unlike the two other companies I called. Their estimate was $79.95. Jon Petranek was the technician. He was not only knowledgable, professional, and responsive to my questions, the company's estimate and time frame were right on. What I was afraid would turn into a $1500-2500 day (new refrigerator) turned into an $80 service call and has left me feeling confident I can keep the one I have. GREAT JOB ! ! ! They also do HVAC and other appliances. I'm definitely sold - Guinco willl be my ONLY repair company!

Description of Work: They fixed a washing machine.

Description of Work: I called this morning at 8:15 AM about my AC not working the setup an appointment from 10AM to 1PM the same day. The Tech Angel M. was here at 10:05AM very quick and had it fixed in 15 min. Replacing both CAP's on the unit.

Description of Work: He repaired the refridgerator.

Description of Work: Had a leaking dishwasher. The tech was able to diagnose quickly - he had a trained ear to know what the water flow should actually sound like when the seal was intact and when the seal was not intact.

Description of Work: Installation of a new dishwasher.
