My parents asked me to help them find window replacements for their home in Frisco. I see window companies advertising all the time on social media so I clicked on one of the ads and made an appointment. After (big name window company that everyone knows) camped out in our living room for three hours on a commitment of a one hour meeting, they blessed us with a quote for nearly $3,000 per window! We value quality, but there’s no way that quality has to come at that price! We kept looking and found Wallaby. They were in and out of our home in less than an hour (as promised) and gave us a reasonable quote. We also like that they are a national brand that is locally and woman/veteran owned.

I had need of glass replacement in a pool room all glass door. The pool room is attached to my home. Brian Tauscher, Operations Manager for Wallaby Windows of North Texas came to my home to inspect the job. While Wallaby Windows did not offer the services needed for my particular project, Mr. Tauscher helped me find a company who could do the job I needed. This company came to my house within 2 hours of Mr. Tauscher's visit. Mr. Tauscher was very professional, courteous, friendly, and most knowledgeable of what needed to be done for my project. We were going to hire a local handyman to install windows from Lowes in our home. We didn't know any better. We had Anderson come out and they quoted us over $100K!!! We were about to go with Plan A when we saw Wallaby in our neighborhood doing and install. The rep was super helpful; he visited out home for an hour when the crew was taking a lunch break. We signed on the spot and the install will take place in a few weeks - just in time for the winter! We can't wait to see the finished result.
