He did excellent work. His prices were actually lower than I expected them to be. They were very good prices. He did very good work. He did it quickly. He was willing to do it the same day rather than coming one day and giving me a bid and then coming back and doing the work, which everybody else wanted to do.

He came to look at the yard and give me a bid. Very professional and nice. Started regular lawn maintenance.

Buyer Beware! Very Poor Customer Service And Incomplete Work Beware! I hired this company for two of my properties after receiving one of their flyers for landscape maintenance services. I communicated to them exactly what I needed, shrub trimming, mowing, rose bush trimming, weeding and mulch.The work performed was less than professional. They sent someone to one of the properties that I met with and asked him if he was going to do the weeding and mulch. He nodded his head as if he understood and confirmed he was going to do it, however it never got done. I don't think he spoke english or even understood me.When I called the company to ask why they hadn't done the work, a very rude girl who identified herself as "Kim" could not understand the issue and was extremely sarcastic. She kept asking me if they are supposed be be "mind-readers" and seemed unwilling to grasp why I would be upset. All I was trying to do was get my yard right and if there was a miscommunication that would have been fine, but the very unprofessional way she handled my complaint caused me to immediately discontinue their services. When I told Kim I would like to speak with the owner, she was reluctant to even give me the owners name and did not provide me with information how to contact the owner to discuss the issue.I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my very poor experience. It's a shame that the company goes to great lengths to market their services to new customers but is then willing to lose them by sending people out to perform services that cannot communicate with the owners and people like Kim answering the phone to handle complaints with such poor communication and complaint resolution skills.

Brazis Thompson cleared a huge amount of leaves, mowed, and edged my yard. He also cleared the leaves from my father's yard acroos town- his yard is quite large. Mr. Thompson was very responsive - always answering me quickly by email and text. I am very impressed with his work and the excellent service. I have contracted him to do lawn service for my father-in-law's yard for the spring. I highly recommend Thompson Landscaping and will be using them again in the future.,

Having spent the last 2 years tending to my yard myself, and failing miserably, I decided to get professional help. Thomson Landscape inherited my disaster about 6 months ago. The transformation has been truly amazing. Now I have a lush lawn, wonderful flower beds, and no more weeds growing out of the driveway. Thomson Landscape has totally taken over my yard as if it were their own. The attention to detail has been refreshing. They are always on time and never miss a week. They always squeeze me in if they miss my scheduled day due to rain. It's such a pleasure to be able to communicate via email or text when I have special requests or just a general landscape question. In short, they know their busines and do it well. I will continue to use them for a long time.

This is the most reasonable service I have had for the last fifteen years. I pay them $28 a week to mow and $50 for the cleanup and the beds. They also do fertilization and weed control application for which I pay $88.50 quarterly. They are fine. They are here mowing for thirty minutes, so $28 is good; I used to pay $70 for that with another company previously. Their service is good. They show up when they are supposed to and do what they are supposed to do. They have me on auto payment and they still send me an invoice so that makes me a little itchy about how their system works.

There was more work than he was prepared for so he only brought 1 man. Considering the amount of work, he did an excellent job! Yard looked amazing, and every last leaf was removed including the piles behind the bushes.
