Highly recommend Cody and his team. Have used them multiple times now...ALWAYS responsive, always affordable, the work is done in a timely manner. Has repaired and restained fence, completely rebuilt deck, and added recessed flowerbed for in ground landscaping along the house.

Within seconds of putting the ad on Angie's list, Cody Scoggins answered very politely and offered to execute the job. His price was fair and has gone above & beyond normal contractor's role to execute my broken Fence gate replacement. He went with me to buy the items with his truck and brought them all to my house. He worked on 3 days to install a very robust gate (had to accommodate 100 deg temps). He not only did the gate but also has installed a strong clothesline with metal posts and cross-arms. His conduct was very gentlemanly, his work was very professional, his knowledge of the work was deep and finally his business skills were excellent. I am very happy with his work and would recommend him strongly for me and my friends. Thank you Cody!

Cody was very responsive and extremely helpful, returned my call immediately. He explained why a transparent stain would not last as long as tinted. I contacted him looking for an alternative to the tinted stain the installer was planning to use. Price was the same so I stayed with the installer. But Cody took the time to honestly explain, which cost him the assignment. Integrity! I will remember Cody and Top Choice when it's time to re-stain in a few years.
