THE GUTTER BROTHERS LLC

In the December ice storm, several branches fell and bent the gutter and leaf guard over our deck. In another area, a corner was damaged causing a leak at a seam in the guttering. Gary said instead of replacing the entire damaged length of guttering and screen-about 35 ft. -he could install additional hangers and manually re-bend where the damage was then replace damaged screen section with new. As we were not in a hurry, he returned about 2 weeks later and resealed the corner and repaired the bent area. It looks like new to me and I am happy with the result.

Very professional. Gary worked all week long despite snow and freezing temperatures. He provided additional sections of fascia and soffit boards at no additional cost. No budget or time overruns.

Gary was very punctual and professional and was able to come out in the ice to take a look at the repairs needed. Unfortunately, he is unable to do the work because we have a tile roof and the first layer of tile needs to be removed in order to replace the fascia. I appreciated his honesty and not trying to "experiment" on our home. I will definitely be contacting Gutter Brothers if we need to replace our Gutters!!

Gary was awesome! He came out and gave me an estimate, which was lower than those of the other two companies who came out. In addition, he was personable and much more thorough than his competitors in his assessment of my ongoing flooding problems-he acted like he cared! He arrived ontime and was very careful in moving my furniture and items that were in the way. He worked efficiently and went above and beyond in repairing my gutter. In addition, he cleaned out my other three gutters all the way around my interior patio, which he did not have to do. The best part is my flooding problem is fixed! I would highly recommend Gutter Brothers!!

Mr. Vinson was very knowledgeable about gutters and he had samples of more types of leaf guards than I knew existed. He explained about the advantages an disadvantages of each one. He have us an estimate of $1747.50 to install micro mesh leaf guards and another estimate of $815.50 to install small hole leaf guards. He explained that no leaf guard was 100% effective in keeping leaves out of the gutters, and we would still need to brush the leaves off the top of the leaf guards from time to time. We had 3 rain gutter companies come by to give us estimates, and we could only pick one. We did not select the Gutter Brothers, but we believe that they would also have done a good job if we had picked them.

Gary and his son were highly communicative and punctual. He completely understood the special needs of our 1920's house. He was able to work with our EdgeVent system and the lack of eaves / soffits on our house. He proposed excellent solutions to each of these issues, plus the requirements for an extended downspout problem. There was one small issue with one of the downspouts and Gary was out there immediately to fix it. To me, that was the best part: his professionalism, integrity, and willingness to correct any errors. I highly recommend these guys and actually have future plans to use them again on a different project.

Gary and his son did a good job. They were careful working around landscaping. Our house was built in 1960. Gary had to match up redwood fascia to existing. Good custom work.

Gary was responsive to my initial call and made helpful suggestions when he reviewed the job. The work was done on time in a professional manner and Gary also brought to my attention some blocked underground drains that he could not clear out. Could not have asked for more

He did a great job, the color match is perfect. He suggested options and prices along with explained the details before and after the job. Very happing I chose Gutter Brothers. I got a great deal for the price.

Gary was great to work with. Gave me a good price, didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't really need and was thoughtful about the way the system was set up to avoid drainage issues and clear up the ones we already have. It's pretty dry now but we did have one good rain since the gutters were installed and they operated to my expectations and moreover, they look great and make the front of our house look a little more polished. We're totally pleased.

I have had a positive experience with him. He did do our gutters, and we actually had a problem that my husband called him on, but he kept his word and came back and corrected it. He came within two weeks of the problem.

We decided not to do the work at this time but Gutter Brothers was very professional and even gave us some tips on how to fix an issue we had if we wanted to fix ourselves.

Went very well, came early and worked very efficiently. Did have a problem but they came right back out and fixed it promptly. Very pleased with the service.

They did a great job both times. I was really impressed with his work. He quoted me more and he didn't end up having to use another downspout so he didn't charge for it, which was really cool. They did good work. He was really nice and explained everything very well. He even created solutions for me because of the way my landscaping is. He had to jet out a little farther and he did a good job. He was perfectly on time. I would definitely use him again for anymore gutter stuff.

Gary was very professional, and did everything he said he would do. He does all the work himself, with one assistant. It's great to have one person to work with from start to finish. The job was done very professionally, and the new gutters work (and look) great. Gary told me when he finished "I don't if you wanted a gutter guy, but you've got one now!". He clearly takes pride in his work, gives good advice on guttering, doesn't try to up-sell, delivers what he promises, and stands behind his work. Sometimes it takes him a bit to respond since he works for himself and doesn't have a crew or sales staff, but he always got back with me and patiently answered all of my questions. Pricing was also very competitive. Very highly recommended.

Gary responded quickly to the request for a quote. He showed up on time to the appointment. He was very professional and didn't try to "Sell" me. He treated the encounter as if he were the home owner, answered questions, provided recommendations but gave no pressure and didn't try to upsell me. He was pleasant to deal with compared to the other three providers that showed up. They were more interested in the sell and gave the impression i was just another contact. That alone put Gutter Brothers ahead of the pack. The quote was fair and was not the cheapest but by far not the most expensive. It was in the ball park though. Given the pleasant experience on the quote and his high rating here, we gave the job to Gutter Brothers. He was easy to get ahold of and didn't give me "let me call you back" when it came time to schedule. He was knowledgable and knew his schedule. He said at the quote it would be within two weeks, and it was within two weeks. No long wait for him to call me when it was time. A+ for that. The day of the install, he showed up on time with the necessary equipment and product. He and one other gentleman immediately went to work. The work was done with very high quality. Gary seems to treat his clients homes as if it were his own home. No short cuts, how half done work. I was very pleased to see the gutters placed properly, each one with the correct pitch and downspouts secured solidly to the walls. My install required him to notch a hole in a cedar fence and that was done professionally and looked really good when completed. When he left, he said "you may not have wanted a gutter guy, but you have one now. I stand behind my work. Any problems let me know" Absolutely a quality company and someone who cares about his clients. Overall, i give Gary and Gutter Brothers the highest rating on service and quality. He is definitely someone i will recommend to friends and family.

Gary was very patient and courteous when I had to reschedule at the last minute. They did excellent work, and were very communicative and friendly. I will definitely use them again for gutter work.

Gary was prompt with appointments and personable as well. He did a great job of explaining everything. He even helped me up on the ladder so I could see the shape of the gutters for myself. I very much appreciated that!! He did not treat me like some stupid female that could not understand what he was talking about. He did not try to sell me a whole new system (which is what every other contractor I had out tried to do) but told me that my gutters were really in good shape and that we simply needed to adjust where needed and add some where needed. He knows drainage!

Need some customer service skills

Gary Vinson came out to review the job on time. He was a consummate professional and indicted that he could not meet my needs of installing 6" gutters. His machine could only produce a maximum of a 5" gutter. He did state that given the size and slope of the roof, 6 Inches were required. He did not try to sell me on the 5" gutters which was appreciated.

It went real well. I priced them over the phone. I was happy with the price & hired them over the phone. When the work was done he insisted I come over to the house (I didn't live there; it was remodeled for sale) & make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I was pleased with the work.

Gary charged me a $400 minimum for doing the work (3 hour job or so), but it was extremely high quality work and has really held up over time in the high winds. It seems like a lot, but it was less than other companies were quoting. On top of that, Gary did not try to sell me stuff that I did not need. Gary also seemed to have a lot of knowledge about the proper way to hang and slope gutter systems. He was personable and I would definitely trust him to do work for me again. I almost didn't call him because at the time his webpage didn't work, but I am glad I did.

Gary Vinson did everything and more .. he is conscientious and professional, goes the extra mile. Gutter Bros will get any and all "gutter" business I have.
