Our problems were one gutter leaked for one area, the other gutter in the front had a sharp edge that was a snag that caught our flag. Gary came out and fixed everything. The leakage was due to not having flashing on the roof which Gary put in for us. He is terrific.

I am very pleased with Gary Vinson's work and his professionalism. At the time he came out to give the estimate, I pointed out problem areas and he offered suggestions. Since there are not any trees close to my roof, we agreed that leaf guards are not needed at this time, and can be added later. Also, I have a small area on a second story, but he recommended not to add gutters there, since it drained onto another portion of the roof. The gutters look great and I expect that my previous drainage issues will be a thing of the past.

Wonderful. Gary quickly returned my message and scheduled an in-person estimate (my request) over my lunch break. I wanted to fully understand my options and point out some nuisances about the house. His quote was reasonable, but not the cheapest. That's ok because price was not my only criteria. Gary, the Gutter Brothers owner, indicated his quote would never change, even if some issues arose. I felt assured of his quote after spending about 30 minutes talking about our options. He had a two-week lead time and called me a week in advance to confirm his schedule. His work and clean-up were so good, you could hardly tell he was at our house for two days. Please call Gutter Brothers. The leaf guard is amazing, too. I have some large, mature trees which drop a lot of leaves and acorns.

The service worked out fine. I did not check the price with anybody else because Angie’s List says they were the greatest. I guess since it is a small firm that when you call, it is a little long before you get a return call.

They were great, they were fabulous. They were very good, and they were professional. I have little kids, and he let my son do the measurements around the house, they were really nice. I chose to use them because they are on Angie's List.

A different contractor, who had done some work for a neighbor, was asked to do some eve work on the back of the house. The gutters had to taken down. After he left and when I saw the work I noted that the gutters were not rehung right, water does not go uphill or over an arc! I could not get back in contact with the contractor and I noted that he was listed in the penalty box with Angie's List. Big mistake. So we went to Angie's List and found The Gutter Brothers LLC. He came and looked at the work to be done. He again removed the gutters and rehung them with any new pieces needed. They now look good, are straight with water running downhill. He also cleaned the gutters in front of the house and put screens that I had on hand over them to keep the leaves out. He did a very good job, so good that I teased him about being our family gutter guy. If we need any more work done we will call The Gutter Brothers LLC, but the work was so well done that any more work should not be needed for a long time.

Gary Vinson, owner of Gutter Brothers , contacted me and provided an estimate in a timely manner. He was honest with me from the first phone call, telling me that he would do the gutters but that he would only do wood replacement and not replacement with Hardy board. He explained to me that his experience was with wood and not hardy board. He felt very comfortable with wood and could provide a quality service for me using wood, but with Hardy Board, his experience was limited. For that reason, he could not provide the replacement as I wanted. I appreciated his honesty. I would have used him if he could have done with hardy board. Our project is roof, gutter, siding and chimney replacement. We hired a contractor who could provide all these services. I would use Gary without hesitation if we could have gotten the hardy board as I found him to be honest, professional and his estimate was right on.

It was a very good experience I had with them. They came in and the quote that they gave us for the repair was exactly what they said. Sometimes gutter companies don’t carry everything since it is not a big job. But they did the work in a timely manner. They guy who came was easy and the work was done and it was fine work. I had no problems with them.

I have gone from having a flooded back porch, standing water around my foundation, and ridiculously long and unattractive downspouts to having perfectly functioning gutters when it rains, with a significantly improved appearance! I am amazed and completely happy. 100% recommended.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! He asked to come one day early to start the work, which was no issue with us. He completed all the work in one day and when we came home he was even fishing out some leaves from the pool. Clean, punctual, and driven. I wish all contractors had this level of initiative and follow-through. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Gary came out as promised on scheduled day and time. Did thorough walk around and explained what he would do and recommendations for several areas where water was accumulating. Answered all of my questions and put me at ease. Communication was always prompt. Price was a bit higher than other quotes I received but Gary does the work himself and gave me no concerns that there would be any issues with the work being done. I truly believe you get what you pay for so chose Gutter Brothers. The work was done faster than I expected considering we had couple rain days during the week of the installation. No issues with the gutters and very satisfied with their work.

They are a little hard to get ahold of, probably because they are busy. However they are punctual and very easy to work with. They were very careful doing the work. Small company which I like.

They first came and took a look at the gutters etc and gave my husband an estimate. They worked out a time when they could be here, and did the work as promised and did a good job. They cleaned the gutters, including removing a very large bird nest that was completely blocking one of the main gutters. They made a few repairs to some of the gutters that were loose, etc. We appreciate their good work and will definitely use them again.

We actually called Gutter Brothers to come out and give us an estimate on new gutters and downspouts on the two story part of our house that was flooding the flower beds below. However, when he came out, he discovered that we didn't need to replace our gutters and downspouts. We just needed one gutter cleaned out and two downspouts unclogged. We had cleaned out the gutters on the one story part of the house ourselves days before but did not realize that those downspouts were clogged inside with leaves. The small area of gutters on the two story part of the house was not easily accessible so we had not cleaned those at all. And that downspout was full too. He did not have his extension ladder with him (he did not have his truck that day that carries the ladder} so he borrowed our extension ladder and cleaned out those problem gutters and downspouts. We appreciated his honesty as we were thinking we were going to have to spend up to $400 for new gutters/downspouts. Another company had told us that we needed to replace them! He wasn't going to charge us but we insisted we were going to pay him something for his time and energy up and down the ladder and on the roof! Very glad that we found Gutter Brothers and will definitely add them to our KEEPER list!

Since product support and workmanship followup by a vendor is so important, I wanted to post this followup. Gary installed gutters with screens a few years ago. We were ecstatic with his work and professionalism. Recently the screens appeared to be dislodged in a few spots and pushing up roof tiles. I called Gary, he came and showed me the problem was essentially nails working loose and pushing up the tiles and the screens. He spent two hours fixing and made sure all the gutter screens were properly seated. He refused to take any money, he supports his product even though this was not a product nor workmanship failure. This is impressive and should be lauded. Just recommended him to a friend whose original work by another vendor is below par.

Gary did a great job on all counts. He was here exactly on time to check out the problem and to offer a bid for the work with detailed cost estimates. We scheduled the work, he showed up on time, and got the job done. We did a walk-around so he could show me what had been done and he made some minor adjustments on the spot. It has finally rained some so I can tell that the original drainage issue initiating the service, has been resolved. I will definitely call Gary with any future guttering needs and would highly recommend to others.

It went really well! The price was reasonable and the job went quickly. He was prompt and easy to work with! I also appreciated that he gave me some information about gutter guards. I was interested in installing them but he said I really didn't need them. I appreciate the integrity that he didn't just upsell me!

If you need gutters then you should give this company a call. Gary is extremely professional, he will work with your schedule and above all else he provides an excellent product. Gary walked the perimeter of my house with me before, during and after the project to ensure that I had input and a good understanding of what the finished product would look like and how he would mount the gutters to my home. I love pulling into the driveway and seeing the new gutters. I could go on and on but you should probably be calling this guy by now, so do yourself a favor and give Gary a chance to win your business.
