I got three quotes to replace my old gutters and picked Gutter Brothers for the work. Gary Vinson provided the winning bid and we agreed on a date about a week out for the installation. He called the night before to confirm the colors and said they would arrive the next morning between 9 and 10am. Gary and his helper arrived on time and began the work to measure and fabricate the seamless gutters. The longest span was 71 feet. In addition to the 160 feet of new seamless gutter with oversize downspouts, they did a "tune-up" of some of my older existing gutter in the rear of the house (re-attaching and sealing a few seams). They completed the work by about 4pm and did a good job of clean up and respecting my landscaping. I am pleased with the new gutters, would hire them again, and wish I had done this sooner.

This is the third time we have used The Gutter Brothers on various residential real estate projects. As always, the performance was exemplary! They exhibit a personal touch in quality that is refreshing as well as having awesome customer relations. Gutter Brothers are very competitively priced. We look forward to using their services again in the near future!

Gary did return my call and gave me three options of dates that he was available. I immediately called him back, leaving a message to let him know that I was available on the first date, after a particular time as I had a meeting scheduled for earlier. I requested that he call me back to confirm that that date/time would work, or if we needed to find a different date. Unfortunately, he never returned my call and that date passed. This is frustrating and does not speak well for his/their professionalism. I will likely be taking my business elsewhere.

Gary and his team were professional, understanding, took the time to answer my questions and explained the reasons behind what they were recommending/doing.

I called and left a message with my name, phone, and brief description of what I thought I needed. Gary (owner) returned my call and explained that they were very busy, due to all of the recent rains, and agreed to come and give a free estimate in about a week. That was ok with me, since the gutters had been dirty for a while. He called as promised when on his way, came and did a complete review of my gutter issues. He gave me the estimate that I felt was fair and we agreed that he would do the work. That time frame was another two weeks away. Still ok, since we had rain in the forecast seemed liked forever. Gary's son Josh came as promised, cleaned all the gutters, sealed a few leaky seams, and added more screws where the gutters had become loose. Josh did an excellent job of cleanup and was very professional in dealing with me. I was very pleased with the overall service. As I mentioned, Gutter Brothers is very busy and they don't always call back quickly (my opinion), but their workmanship and professionalism is top notch.

It didn't. They took my money and produced no results.

I was disappointed that I would have to wait to get another estimate, but was very happy with Gary. He was punctual and pleasant and I would definitely recommend his company.

The person who came and gave us the estimate seemed very honest and he took a look at all our gutters. Whenever there was something that he thought didn't need repair, he let us know, so we could do somethings ourselves like nails, so he could bring value to something that we could do ourselves. That was nice. We didn't think that he was trying to upsell us or anything.

Gary spent 30-40 minutes looking at the project. His opinion was that the placement of gutters would not be cost effective . I appreciate his honesty. Someone else could have gone ahead with project which in the end could of been a lose/lose situation.

Gary was great to meet with initially, gave me a quote which seemed very fair. I hired him to do the work. upon completion the invoice read differently than the quote which led me to check the back gutters which had not been cleaned. Upon doing the initial quote, we walked the yard and agreed that 113 feet of front/side gutter needed to be cleaned and screened. We walked the backyard to look at the cleaning, but did not need screening. His quote stated Leaf screens in linear feet 113 ft $471 Other: Clean out and tune up After walking my entire yard, front, back and sides I understood this to mean that the front would be cleaned and screened and the back or the rest would be cleaned and tuned up. he went so far as to tell me what tuned up meant. Upon completion I looked at the gutters from the 2nd floor and the back gutters had not been cleaned out. I sent him a message including the initial quote, and he said "I will give you a call in a little while". A day and a half later he called me back and apologized for the delay but wanted to find out more information. Puzzled to learn what more information he needed, since he initiated the quote himself, I showed him a picture of a long gutter on the side of the house probably 30 where all but about 5 feet were cleared out and I asked why. He said he stopped the guys when he realized they had gone too far. Great service huh...I was a bit shocked that he wouldn't just finish the 5 feet of gutter that needed to be cleaned (which included the downspout), and told him so. He stated that the whole thing was a misunderstanding and in fact he never intended on cleaning the back or sides but only the 113 feet. I showed him again the quote and explained how it looked to me (the customer) and he said nothing. He didn't offer to come back and help with the rest in good faith, he didn't offer to come clean out the 5 feet of gutter he left dirty. Certainly leaves a poor taste in my mouth and while everything started out great, it ended poorly and he has chosen to ignore any further messages from me. If you choose to do business with this guy, be sure to spell out exactly what it is you want, make him repeat it back to you and don't assume he understands. Side note, all the debris from the gutters was thrown in the yard and in the plants, I picked up about 25 pieces of cut-scrap metal screen from the gutter install that they had installed. Cleanup was non existent If I am being fair, and honestly if he had treated us like paying customers and had some understanding of how his quote could have been misrepresented and then offered to come out and make good, I would have let it all go.

I called Gutter Brothers to have someone come inspect a section of gutter that had come loose from the house. Not only did they come out and fix the section that was loose by replacing the nails with a more secure strap system, he proceeded to check the gutters around the entire house and nail in a few areas that were about to come loose. Professional and efficient, would use again.

My mother's house was having some foundation issues that were caused by too much water near the foundation. My sister and I decided to have gutters installed on her house. I looked on Angie's list and identified a couple top gutter installation companies, of which Gutter Brothers was one, and called them up to get an estimate. From the initial call to setup an appointment for an estimate, to the installation of the gutters, Gary was a pleasure to work with. His estimate was in line with the other estimate I received and he was also able to put some gutters over an awning that the other company that gave me an estimate said wasn't possible. He was exactly on time to both the initial and installation appointments. The installation took 4-5 hours and the area was cleaner than when he arrived. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Showed up on time for initial meeting. Provided explanation of what was going on with my gutters and gave me a quote to fix it. Came back a few days later exactly when he said he would and did the repair. Charged exactly what he quoted and even did some gratis stuff like clearing downspouts and reinstalling some clips.

Their work is excellent. Gary was very professional: - He pointed out I did not need many of the twisting/turns the original builder constructed. His replacements fit perfectly. - He explained the advantages of roof gutter splash guards for my steep roof. Many others in the neighborhood have these and they are useful when we have the downpours here in Texas. - His scheduling was great as I had to reschedule the installation several times because of travel and exterior house painting delays. - As I asked about guttering colors he showed very nice examples of the ?real? aluminum, not just colors off of a printer. - The calls and emails were fast and respectful. - The leaf guards were nice and firm, not a thin wire. Gary looked around the house to check out all the gutters and said everything looked good and sturdy. When I mentioned my issue, he went to his truck and grabbed a step ladder to see if there was a problem. Lo and behold, there were a few shingles lodged at the beginning of the downspout and there's the culprit. ABSOLUTELY NO NEED for a new downspout and 6" gutters!!! I asked Gary if I owed him anything and he said that he would not charge for something so insignificant. From the reviews here, I can see he is an excellent at what he does but I learned that he is also an outstanding person with great character! The second I have an issue I will definitely use him and be sure pass his business card along to whomever needs it. CLASS ACT

I was very favorably impressed with Gary Vinson's knowledge, professionalism, and the quick work he and a helper made of this job. I also appreciate Gary's flexibility in scheduling the work after being "rained out" on one occasion. As a homeowner, it's a relief to know that I now won't have to drag out a ladder and clean gutters 3-4 times a year. Plus, the type of material Gary installed does not distract from the looks of the gutters/house, as it is virtually invisible when viewed from the ground up.

The provider was very honest and he unclogged the downspout at no cost. I will definitely call him again when need arises.

The service went great. They were super nice and very responsive. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 1 day. I think one of the guys who came out was the owner. They made sure I was happy with the job. They were great with the cleanup afterwards and scheduling was very easy.

I spoke to Gary on the phone and set up an appointment. We met at the property and went the problems we were having with erosion due to no gutters. Probably took around 3 weeks to begin the job. He was so nice and professional and very knowledgeable in the business. Small job so completion time was probably 4 hours or so.

They guys did a great job for a reasonable price and they showed up when they were supposed to, which is saying a lot. I have hired many contractors in the past and about half of them show up when they say they will and you have to constantly chase them down to get the work finished. As I stated earlier, Gary and his crew did a great job and I can highly recommend them for your gutter work.

Gary was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, straight forward with his assessment of our situation, gave me helpful advise and did good work. This is what I wish I had with all of the contractors that do work at our home. I will use Gary again and will recommend him to friends that ask for a recommendation for gutter work.

Did an excellent and professional job within 2-days (exactly the time frame he suggested). The area was clean and the gutters installed were tuckered appropriately under the drip edge. I highly recommend Gary at the Gutter Bros for any gutter installation or repair!

Gutter Brothers is great. They completed the project on time and the quality is great.
