I can't believe I went with the other company. It has been one nightmare after another. I should have listened to my gut. I felt Gary was honest and trustworthy. Yet, the other (Angie's list) company brought samples and a lot of puffery. I used them for painting first. I was told that their employees had been with them for years. What a lie. I will leave a report on them on their site, but as to Gary, he was honest to say that it would take 2 days. The other company said one day. As I write this, they are still here on the Memorial Day weekend. It has been 11 hours today and at least 3 hours yesterday. More than a day and the quality is very shabby. I should have gone with Gary. Darn! Sorry Gary!

Excellent! Made an appointment, Gary arrived as scheduled, provided the estimate and was able to start the work quickly. He and his partner did all the installation - took about two days. We are very happy.

I had my gutters replaced a few years ago by another company when I got a new roof and the new ones have never performed as well as the old ones did. After being frustrated for years about the performance I was ready to fix them or replace them again. Gary came out and adjusted the gutters, getting rid of the standing water and pitch issues -- something the other company said couldn't be done. I wish I had gone with Gary when the gutters were replaced. He did take a day or two to call me back after I left the original message for him but was very responsive after that. Very happy with the service call.

Called and left a message and Gary called me back the same day. We set up a time for him to come out and do up an estimate. Since I was unable to meet him for the estimate Gary both called and left a written estimate plus brochure from which I could select colors. I called him back and set up a date for the install. The install was done on the date promised (it was a 2 day job) and the work looks excellent. Other than the new gutters and down spouts you would never know they had been there. Nothing was left laying around, gates were closed etc. Gary left me the invoice and called me the next day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I liked the fact that no money was due up front and that he wanted to be sure I was happy before I did send him payment. I've already recommended Gutter Brothers to a couple other people I know and if I ever need repair or what ever I would not hesitate to hire them again.

An excellent experience. Owner Gary Vinson is clearly very knowledgeable regarding the design and installation of guttering. His bid was significantly less than another Angie's list gutter company, and yet I am certain that the quality of the guttering and installation I received was at least equal to the higher-priced company and probably much better. Gary and his workers showed great craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. I am amazed how much better house looks. As both the owner and operator of the company, Gary has to address all the different aspects of running a business. I had to wait for telephone calls back and it took a couple of weeks to get on his schedule, but I would advise anyone to wait as long as you have to in order to get Gary to do your guttering. I am very glad I did.

Since he owns the business and is the one to do the job bidding, the original phone call back was delayed by a day or two. Worth the wait!. Arrived as scheduled, removed old gutters and began setting up new guttering. Finished entire project on day 2 even while it was threatening rain. Gutters look great! We will be having a old french drain replaced, and it might require readjustment of the downspouts a bit. He has agreed to come back at any time we need to make sure we are happy with the job. Would definitely use him again should we ever need gutter repair. He was easily contactible by phone or by email. This was nice since I know he is busy. I knew he would get back with us as soon as he could. Thanks Gary!

Short story - They did a great job at a great price and I am very happy overall. Long story - Picked out the 3 best rated companies that cover my area. Got an estimate from each. The other two companies sent out a sales person, where as for Gutter Brothers the owner (Gary) is the person doing the sales and the install. Nice to speak directly to the person in charge and doing the work. Gary's estimate was about $300 less that the other two for the same type install. He put me on his schedule (which was about two weeks out) and everything during the install went great. He does the same job with the same materials as the bigger companies, but at a much better price. He was very patient with all of my questions, and did a great job explaining any options for the work. Please Note - Gary is the owner and operator of Gutter Brothers. Since he is the one doing all of the work, his response time will not be as fast as some of the fancier companies with sales staffs. If you call with a general question, it may take a few days for him to return it. I have not had any gutter issues to call about, but I would assume he would handle problem calls faster.

It all went very well. When I called for an estimate, Gary came out promptly and gave good advice and a very reasonable price for the needed work. We set up a time and date for the work to be done. He and his assistant Mike came when they said they would, did all the work as promised quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and even promised to return if there were problems later. I would highly recommend them to others.

Property saving. First, Gary's estimate was far lower than anyone else's to do the same work. He was personable and professional when he came out to give me an estimate. Just a few days later, we had the terrible, tornadic storms roll through and our newly refurbished gutters did a great job! Without the repairs, I'm sure we would have sustained water damage. They did a good job. They were helpful, friendly, kind, and nice. I liked the prices. I received another estimate, and their's was better. I thought they were wonderful!

I called them on a Wednesday and they didn't return my call until the following Monday which I was just a little disappointed in but when Gary called he was very apologetic for not returning my call earlier. He was able to come out on Thursday. Gary and is assistant showed up on time and were very nice and professional. I was prepared for my Chihuahua to bark the whole time they were working on the gutters but we never really heard any noise from them at all. My husband went out just to watch them work and saw the huge muck of stuff that they were getting out of the downspouts but after they left I didn't see ANY of it left in our yard, needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised!

We had Mr. Vinson in for an estimate and he was thorough and professional from the start. He was clear and communicative and even returned on another day to walk my husband through the options. He made sure to research the best options for our unique needs, especially for the leaf screens (lots of trees and spring pollen in our yard). The final cost was very competitive and even turned out to be somewhat less expensive than the original estimate. The work itself was completed over two days of clearly hard and thorough work by Mr. Vinson and a helper. He spoke with us at the end of both days and checked in at the beginning of the days work when someone was home. Very clean work habits and we couldn't even tell such a large project had taken place around our home.

I left a voice mail and received a prompt return call. Gary came quickly and on time to provide an estimate. The work was performed when and as promised. He was pleasant and professional even though it turned out to be a very small job. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them for any gutter repairs.

I had a difficult time getting someone to come out and provide a quote. So, initially, I was impressed when he came on time to provide an estimate. We chose a range of date, depending on the weather. The actual crew came out the day before to double check the color, what work needed to be done, to make sure they were prepared. Everything went extremely well. The staff was quite knowledgeable and they communicated throughout the installation of the new gutters. The owner double checked the work afterwards, by climbing on a ladder, to ensure work was performed to highest standards. This was the 3rd quote I received, and for the price I paid, I got more gutters and downsprouts with The Gutters Brothers, even with the senior citizen discount applied. My family and neighbors all comment on the thoroughness of the job. Everything blends perfectly with the exterior of the home. They actually improved on the "curb appeal" where the old gutter was located.
