I needed 2 of my downspouts redirected to feed into water catchers. They came and redirected them and covered up the holes that the change caused. It promptly rained and my barrels are full! They were great.

I called to have my 12 year old gutters repaired and sealed. Response to my call was prompt and Gary came out the following day to check the condition of the gutters. He spent a bit of time working with them and came 2 days later to finish the requests I had.. Both times he was prompt, friendly and clearly enjoyed his job. I felt he was more interested in providing good service than trying to make money off of something I didn't really need. I will use and recommend The Gutter Brothers again.

Gary was prompt to return my call and came by (when he said he would) for the estimate which was considerably lower than what I had received elsewhere. One reason was that Gary, while offering more expensive options, told me there was no need in my case for the most costly fix---that it would be an unnecessary expense. Once the job was approved, he was able to start when promised. It took him an extra 1/2 day to finish but he wanted it done right. Throughout, he kept insisting that if there was ever any problem, just let him know. When he was finished, I said I would prefer that one downspout extension be re-routed. Rather than try and talk me out of it, he quickly went to work without complaint and made the change. That was several months ago. Turns out, there was a minor problem with one of the joints. I called Gary in the afternoon, he returned my call that night and was here the next day before noon. He quickly saw the problem and repaired it. Although it had been several months since he installed the gutters I was treated like a brand new prospective customer. He repeated that if I had any other issues, just give him a call. At all times from estimate, to work, to this last repair, Gary was very friendly and helpful in his suggestions. Bottom line: Gutter Brothers excelled in service and value and I would have no qualms in using them again.

I contacted numerous gutter companies from Angie's list. However, Gary Vinson (Gutter Brothers) was the only one who suggested a solution to the downspout that went through my polycarbonate patio cover (via a hole cut in the cover) and then into a buried drain pipe that was completely clogged with dirt. He totally bypassed the patio cover and buried drain pipe and ran guttering along my roof to another gutter (on the side of the house). Gary was very professional and responsive. He replaced all my gutters (which had been damaged by a hail storm in June 2012). He took his time, and did the job right the first time. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing gutters.

Returned call within a couple of house, set up the appointment, arrived early, called with estimate and fixed in location the same day. No issues at all.

Couldn't be happier. Gary was always onsite, he and his crew arrived on time. The job went exactly as anticipated, at estimated cost, and finished on time in spite of temperatures of 100+ (I would not have complained at ALL if Gary and his crew needed more time in that weather). Excellent cleanup. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Gary was great to work with, he was very helpful and honest and did a great job, didn't try to up sell, infact he gave some other options that saved me money. I would highly recommend him and if I need anything else in the future he is the only one I would call.

The Gutter Brother's bid was competive and I did not feel that Gary was trying to up-sell me on any additional work or add-ons. Gary is courteous and pleasent to work with. The job was done on time and looks great.

My 80 something parents had a gutter on a detached garage that had signicant standing water on the opposite end of the downspout and had developed a leak in the endcap. I reviewed and called the Gutter Brothers from Angies. Gary Vinson sounded both professional and local. He came out and deduced that the problem end could not be raised any higher, possibly from the foundation repairs done years prior and building shift. He recommended adding a downspout on problem end. At that time we were relandscaping the adjoining area and I questioned how to put splash block down. Not necessary he said, he could make it "Match The Other" and drain to that side across the driveway. $200.00, a little high, but not much. He was told to proceed at his convinience. He came and did his work and left my mother a bill. She noticed when he began how far away from the end he was locating the new downspout but hesitated to say anything because the hole was cut. She called me that evening very upset. It was 2 days before I was able to get by to view the work. Sure enough instead of a foot from the end more like four, the drop from the roof was significantly greater and the lip over the brick ledge was much higher and the bottom half was crooked along the garage door frame. I called him and aked him to return and see what he could remedy. Which he did and called me saying it was plumb and the door frame was crooked, Saying nothing about correcting the other. A week lapsed before I was able to call and arrange to meet him and Yes he came on a Saturday morning and met me on short notice. He seemed inconvienced and brought several elbows and said they were all industry standard 70 degree and was best he could do. Granted he said he would do whatever I wanted him to do but he could not match the bends like the other side and everything he tried just made it look worse. In disgust we paid him in full, not wanting a possible lien later on. To me "a match is a match" and he "as a professional" should have known his elbows and angles and placement "would not match the other side".That said his company definitely has a "thumbs down" from my family and myself.

Gary is outstanding. Very Punctual, Professional, and Courteous. He showed and informed me what work needed to be done and what was not necessary. He also did work on my mother's home after the June 13, 2012 massive hail storm. I highly recommend Gary and Gutter Brothers.

We got estimates a couple months ago and contacted Gary first of october to schedule the 2-day job, on 10/10-11. work was completed as expected, old gutters removed, everything cleaned up.

Do not look any further for a company to do your gutter replacements. They should be at the top of the list. Gary, the owner, came out and we looked over my old gutter system together. It was over twenty years old. Gary indicated to me what replacement he would recommend as well as other features to make certain that the system was in proper operation as far as water direction and drainage. He also indicated where he did not believe change was necessary. It was, in my opinion, a completely honest and efficient work estimate.He answered all my questions in a manner that was easily understood and told me exactly how he would accomplish the replacement/repair should he receive the job. Gary, the owner, and Mike who works with him, did the job for me in precisely the wayhe indicated. They worked hard, especially in the heat, and were timely, clean and efficient in the gutter replacement. The gutters match the trim color perfectly and everything looks brand new. Upon completion Gary and I inspected the work and I was very satisfied both with their work and their friendly manner. Again, I say, if you need gutter replacement or repair, THIS SHOULD BE WHERE YOU GO. Atthe very least let Gary come out and look over your needs, give you a recommendation and an estimate for the job. I do not believe youwill be disappointed.

After getting a quote from one company on AL, I called Gary in mid May, he returned my call promptly and we set a time for him to come and provide an estimate later that same week. I called him the following week with a couple of questions and he promptly responded with unambiguous answers. Gary clearly explained his estimate and he came in much less than the first company. The first company only sells "Cadillacs" - I was looking for a "Buick" and Gary listened. It took me a couple of weeks to get my act together - when I called Gary in early June to give him the go ahead I was pleased that he was able to start the following Monday. He completed the work ahead of schedule, cleaned up and even went the extra mile to show me a potential problem with our roof. A great experience from start to finish.

Great customer service! Gary was prompt and efficient and was able to complete the job at the same visit. We would recommend him and the Gutter Brothers to any home owner that has a simple to complex gutter problem.

He was on time with his estimate and was always patient and willing to explain options. He DID NOT upsell and was very professional, courteous and careful with his work. He obviously takes pride in his work and made a point of checking back many times to make sure everything was fine.

We really like them. They came and did the estimate then they came and did the job. They had the best price. They gave us the option to use our old down spouts. They sixed the so they would would work. That saved us $750.00.

My experience with Gutter Brothers was fantastic. They took down the existing gutters and replaced some of the wood siding. The painting matched exactly what I already had on the home. The next day they put up the new gutters and they look great. I can't tell a difference in the paint color from the gutters to the siding so they matched the color perfectly. They came on time to the estimate meeting and did the work in 2 days as scheduled. I would highly recommend them.

I can't recommend them highly enough. They are awesome people. They have been so nice that they even came once to fix my gutters and came back again twice because it was leaking in one spot. They fixed it for free of charge. They do an awesome job. They bring in their truck to fix the stuff right there in front of my house. They did an excellent job. They repaired the places that didn't work right. The guy who came out, said that he would come out to fix the downspout if I had any problem. He was such a sweet person. He is really an awesome person.

Gary was prompt to return my call and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He explained to me the steps involved and answered all my questions. I accepted his quote and Gary and Mike completed the installation in two days as estimated. These guys are the best and know what they are doing, they did an excellent job on our gutters. I highly recommend Gutter Brothers for any gutter related work.

Great!!!! Gary was very helpful and his prices are extrememely good! He arrived before scheduled time and completely the work faster than expected. Great guy! I would definately use them again and send my friends to them!

Gary listened very closely to the issue I had been having with water entering my detached garage. He suggested where the down spouts would be located to best disperse the water to the alley, rather than lingering near a corner of my garage. He and his assistant installed the gutter on the day schedule. Work was completed to my satisfaction without me present while the work was done. Now, a week later, with nearly 3" of rain, my garage is dry. Thank you Gutter Brothers!!

The installers were here when they said they would be. We were not home while they worked, but Gary went over things with us the second day when we got home. They got rained out a bit the first day, but were still able to complete the job in two days. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns that we had.

From start to finish everything was great. I was amazed by the amount of work required. I had a few minor issues after the install that were addressed quickly and professionally. Each step was explained along the way so that I understood why it was done and what made it the correct solution. While gutters seem like a simple thing if you don't have experience with the ins and outs it can hurt the house, which is what did happen with the original builder. So it was nice to have someone take the time to explain everything to you and reassure you that a quality job was being done now. Wish I could hire them for other stuff.

These guys are the best. The overall experience and result are superb. I talked to Gary over the phone about what needs to be done. I met with them the 1st day when they came. That's all I had to do. Gary & Mike (not sure about the name) are best professionals that I've dealt with. They know exactly what to do and take care of every detail very well. The result is top notch. My wife is an architect and she's very picky. She happened to be home with her friend (they are both architects) during the last day of the job. When I got home and asked what she thought about their work. "They are very good" she replied. Enough said.

GutterBrothers showed up on time for the appointment. They had all the tools and suppllies to do and finish the job. They even corrected the gutters that were installed by a 'well known' company that did not work at all for no charge. They were very helpful with advise for my down spounts and all.. Great company
