Description of Work: Gutter Brothers installed rain gutters with leaf guards and a down spout on a portion of my roof. When the downspout water diverter I ordered arrives they will install it and connect it to my rain barrel. Gary was extremely pleasant and professional. I think the cost was reasonable but have no basis for comparison.

Description of Work: honestly I don't remember how much it cost, but it was very reasonable and the gentleman who came out was prompt, polite and efficient. I will use them again.

Description of Work: I want to respond to this even though I am not to the part in my project yet to have the gutters installed, BUT, Gutter Bros. did come out and gave me an excellent price and walked all over my yard helping me to understand drainage issues etc. Super helpful and nice and I WILL be using them once our project is far enough along to install gutters.

Description of Work: We had them come out and evaluate our gutters to see what needed to be done to ensure they were fully functioning. The house is 20 years old and after this past winter and the weight of the ice, we wanted to ensure our gutters were working correctly. We selected The Gutter Brothers based on a couple of other Angie's List responses that The Gutter Brothers weren't just going to try to sell you new gutters. They were very timely and very professional. We only need a couple of new 'gutter hangers', new gutter nails and some sealing. They noted our gutters were in pretty good shape overall so it was so nice to not hear a sales pitch on how we needed new gutters. They were very thorough and did a great job. With the July rains we received, we noticed a difference in our gutters, even with the little touch ups they made. Would highly recommend them to friends, family, neighbors. We would definetly use them again.

Description of Work: Did a great job repairing my gutters. I had damage from an ice storm last winter and from a fallen tree. Very satisfied with repairs.

Description of Work: I thought I had a problem with my air conditioner when it kept freezing up. However, it was a gutter which had been pulled down and water was gushing into the ac unit and freezing the fan almost instantly in the extreme cold we were experiencing. The Gutter Brothers came out promptly and secured that section as well as others that needed the same treatment. I could have prevented some wood rot in the entryway if I had called them out earlier. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others. | |

Description of Work: I contacted Gary to come and check to see what tee general conditions of my gutters were. He called back pretty quick and came out within a couple of days like he said he would. He was courteous and knowledgable. After his assessment he was honest about his assessment that I didn't need new gutters just a tune-up. We then discussed leaf guard options. Because of the tiny leaves our trees put out Gary recommended that I use a product called Gutterstuff Pro. He was honest that he had only put the product in one other time and then quoted the price at $8 a foot. I readily agreed to the service at that price. It is my fault for not checking it out more closely and asking questions. It seems you can buy the stuff on Amazon for $2.50 a foot. Gary and his assistant installed 147 feet of the product, replaced a few worn-out pieces, put new brackets up on all of the gutters, and were done in only two hours. You can do the math on the profit. Again I should have questioned and more thoroughly checked it out. Gary had told me he expected to be there most of the day and had told my wife he expected to be there for four hours. So I not sure wha the deal was on that. Also the first time he was scheduled I texted a couple of days before to confirm the schedule. Gary said he couldn't come on that day because the weather had put him significantly behind schedule. I would have appreciated some kind of notification on a more timely basis and Gary should have called me not me contacting him. So my overall assessment - knowledgable about his job, could use a little more focus on customer contact, and can't really give a thumbs up or a thumbs down on the overall value.

Description of Work: Between the time I had an estimate and the time the crew returned to start the job a large tree limb had fallen on part of the house and knocked the gutters off a 20 foot portion of the house. Then made all the necessary repairs and placed the leaf guards that I had ordered for a few dollars more.
