The maid they sent was great. She was always on time - like clock chime and doorbell rang together. But the office kept changing her schedule at the last minute to cover other commitments. Made me wonder why they viewed my priority so low. After the 4th time when I questioned it, the owner got defensive and showed a dark side. I dropped the service. Now all this happened over a year ago. I didn’t want to write a review because of all the good folks I dealt with, only one drove me away and perhaps my reaction didn’t help the situation. But the “review pending” notification won’t go away as the “Remove” button doesn’t work. This should clear the notification.

I pre-paid 5 hours of house cleaning from Angies List. The maid showed up on time. The cleaning was average to good in some spots. Bathrooms were done well other areas not as well like floors. After 4 hours the maid said she was done with the areas I wanted cleaned. I told her I had 5 hours and she cleaned another half hour on another area of the house. So I payed 5 hours got 4 and half. Found it awkward my only guess is she didn't know it was pre paid 5 hours as she asked for payment at the end.

They were very professional and did a great job. They arrived on time and went straight to work. I had specific things I needed cleaned and they were done thoroughly! I was very impressed and pleased with the job done. I will definitely hire them again.

They did a pretty good job. I needed a deep spring cleaning before house guests arrived. They clearly didn't do a hot water mopping, but rather used a spray swifter if some kind. They dusted the blinds, but left a visible line of dust on the area that was turned up. My makeup desk was only half whipped down where there were no products, rather than moved and replaced. Dresser top was dusted, but not the glass objects on it.

She showed up on time which is not common within this industry. I gave her a tour of the home and five hours later she was done without any questions or issues. I also appreciated being able to schedule via text.

I highly recommend Supermaids! Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other companies I’ve researched and the staff has always done a good job. I love coming home on the day we receive service to the smell and look of a freshly cleaned house. As an added bonus their customer service is fantastic! My house looked beautiful!! The dishes were spotless, the floor was shiny clean, and all the furniture was dust free. The maids washed some towels and clothes perfectly. The maids even cleaned up the teenagers rooms and the rooms looked great!! After cleaning the entire house, the maids carpet cleaned 3 rooms. The house looked amazing. I recommend Supermaids to everyone. The maids service can make your life easier.

Great experience, these guys were so much more professional than some of the other services I have attempted to use. -They were on-time -Extremely courteous -Offered additional assistance like changing the bed, etc -Did a fantastic job, house looks amazing -Great pricing -Office staff as well as cleaning crew were professional and very courteous I will absolutely use these guys again, and I recommend them to anyone who needs good efficient service at a more than reasonable cost. Supermaids, Inc and Carpet Care come weekly. I told them what I expected and what I wanted and they told me what price they would do it for. They do laundry or dishes if you want them to. They bring their own supplies. They're on time and dependable. I don't always get the same maids every time but they always come. They're very responsive. If they loose something or something, I'll call them and it doesn't happen again and they like to do it the way I want it done. They always do things when I need them to. They have been in business for a long time. They have a steady group of maids, low turnover from what they profess and I have seen that. I switched from my other maids because they weren't showing, they wouldn't call and wouldn't return a call. The whole reason why I went to this company so if they can't come, they get another team to come. I want it clean on a special day and a special and they so far have done it. I've been using them for about 2 months. I can trust them, they have a key to my house.

The team did a great job! They seemed to use quality cleaning products that left a fresh smell. What I love is that they get right to work and don't miss the details. They get places that I don't when I do my weekly cleaning (like the blinds, under furniture). I have a lot of wood flooring and they made it sparkle. Before they left, they asked if there was anything I could see that I wanted done but I didn't find anything. I will use them on a regular basis. I highly recommend them. The only down side was that one of the team had a flat on the way over and that made them late. They apologized profusely and Guy was on top of it. He even sent a third team member to help because I needed to leave at a certain time and he wanted to be sure they got it all done. And, no, he did not charge me for the third person. Way to go!

The two ladies that came out did a great job. I paid for 4 hours of deep cleaning at it took them almost 5 hours to finish and I wasn't charged extra. They cleaned everything and the house looked absolutely wonderful.

We requested a deep/move in cleaning for our new home. The staff was late, left the oven a mess, racks in an uncleaned sink. Did not surface clean anything. Old soap remained in the bathroom. When I turned on ceiling fans, dust flew around the room. I had to reclean immediately after the staff left. They were a waste of time and money.

There was a younger woman and an older woman that came as a team. They were breaking in the younger woman and she did great. She was trying to do whatever I wanted her to do. There was an older woman that was not really doing the same. I think it was worth the money and I will try it again in the next couple of weeks. I live alone and don't need someone all the time. But, when they do come I would like them to do what I need done. I need help cleaning and scrubbing the floors they are tile and carpeting. One was good and the other not so good so I will have to give a “C” rating. I will use them again, but I hope that they send a different pair to my home the next time.

They were good, but, a little bit busy, so I went with another company from Angie's List.

Juan and his helper arrived at 11:45 -- early for the 12:00 appointment. They got straight to work, cleaning our carpet, which was horribly dirty. In about 90 minutes, the carpet was beautiful and clean. I plan to call them every 6 months. They are reasonable, efficient and very effective. Great job!

My experience was great. They were really good. They came in and got right to it. They didn't mess around, but they were also friendly and personable. They asked questions and confirmed what I needed done. I felt comfortable with them being here.

In a word - "outstanding." Having fired Molly Maids this morning, I was in the market for a new cleaning service and could not be happier with Supermaids. I was able to schedule same-day service with a great cleaning team - Jackie and Melissa - who showed up on time, spoke English as a native language, and could not have been more pleasant or professional. We spent about 20 minutes initially going over the house from room to room and discussing what was to be done, what my preferences were, and what kinds of cleaners they recommended to be used on the various surfaces. Once that was done, the "girls" got down to work and scrubbed nonstop for over 2 hours. When they were done, the house literally gleamed. Jackie is a self-professed OCD cleaner, and wasn't satisfied until every surface, appliance, mirror, even the glass in the doors was sparkling clean. Owner Guy Houston was a pleasure to talk with, learn about his services, and discuss pricing. He also could not have been more friendly or professional. You can keep the large corporate franchise cleaning services - Supermaids is a local family-owned business and that makes a huge difference in how they treat customers. I thank Molly Maids for their poor service and broken promises, or I might not have found Supermaids!
