SOUTHWEST WARRANTY

I made an appointment for a Tuesday, I tried to pin them down to coming out, I'm waiting on you. I canceled Dr. appointments to make sure I would be here, they didn't show up. I called them to try to find out what was going on, they said I wasn't here, but I was all day. They said I owed them money since it was scheduled, but they never came out. The bottom line, someone else took care of the problem for me. About ten days later I'm on the phone, on hold, I heard a very insistent knock on my door. I opened the door and there was a large burly guy at the door. It was a guy from Southwest Warranty, I told him he was late. My air conditioner was also making noise, which they were also going to check out a couple weeks ago. He said he would walk through, which I thought was strange, since it was out back. He stayed around while I was on the phone, staring at me. When I got off the phone, he told me he was waiting for me to pay him for the trip charge. I told him I wasn't going to pay him, he was late, and had nothing to do. I called Frisco Police because he scared me, and I got a no trespassing order. They have sent many bills and called. The gentleman who owns the warranty company also owns a parts store, and his own collection company.

The person they sent did not have the necessary equipment and did not fix the problem but still charged me fifty dollars. I feel I can t trust the people they send even though the yearly price is alright.
