Description of Work: After looking for a componey to do my property management, and being burned by another one, I was recommended to this one and they were wonderful. I ended up dealing with one of the head people, and they were at my house with in 24hr, with everything ready to go. My house had applications by the end of the week. I am very happy with the process, and I have actually spoken with my tenants and they are very satisfied with the co as well. So I would say if you are looking for a 3rd party management co.... look no farther.

 + -1 moreThey were very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. They followed up with us several times to see if had any questions. Their pricing seemed reasonable. We ultimately sold the property we were considering leasing so we did not use their service.
