Description of Work: Replaced a hot water heater. Work was done as promised. I have used |Shy-Lo plumbing for all plumbing issues in the past and his work has always been thorough and completed as promised. If there was a delay in arrival time I was always notified. I would not use anyone else.

+ -1 moreSteve said he would arrive between 3 and 5 on Monday afternoon and he was true to his word. He came prepared to fix the problem and when he said another part needed to be replaced we said we had one so he used it. He worked efficiently and was every professional.
Description of Work: It was Sunday night when we heard a fan like sound coming from between the wall in the bathroom and the adjacent powder room. Turning on the cold water seemed to decrease the noise. We called 5 plumbers and Steve called us back. (Everyone else called Monday morning.) He told us it sounded as if a valve in one of the toilets had not closed. We turned off the water to the culprit toilet and the noise stopped. Steve came on Monday afternoon as promised and repaired two toilets plus took care of a sink problem that we had not discussed. Steve was prompt,thorough and did not leave a mess to be cleaned up. What we thought was going to be a major problem was a minor problem and Steve saved us the cost of after hours as well as w/e rates. If the need arises we will definitely call him again as well as recommend him to our friends.
