The sales rep was great (sorry, forgot his name). Very knowledgeable since he had experience as installer. He was on time, to a look at the bathroom layout and made recommendations. Both bathrooms are small. One quite smaller than the other so he suggested to put one stationary glass panel only since we don't use that shower. The upstairs bathroom we beefed up with one side stationary, the other side a door. Both are low profile with minimal hardware because we wanted to give it an open feel as much as possible given the tight space. The turnaround time quoted was on target. Installers arrived on time, were professional and courteous. They did not leave a mess... they cleaned up after themselves and made sure not to ding my walls. I hate shower curtains! Our home is a new build and we've finally got around after 3 years to do this. So glad because now I feel the house is complete. Now my husband can shave without darkness.

Right from the start, my experience working with Shower Door of Dallas has been great. They installed a new frameless shower door and it is the best shower door I have in my home. They are punctual, responsive and paid attention to details. I had to change tiles after their first measurements and they patiently came back to remeasure to make sure initial measurements are still valid. Their customer service is excellent. The whole experience was AWESOME. I don't remember having a more professional, honest, timely and pleasant experience with a contractor. It started with sales, then a few days later the removal of old shower and few days later the installation of the new frameless shower. EVERYONE I dealt with was polite, on time, cleaned up after them selves, very careful in our home and we are 100% happy!!

The salesman arrived on time, took measurements, provided the estimate and collected the deposit. This was in late May of 2013. The installation took place on June 6, 2013 and the doors were and are beautiful. Less than 6 months later water started to leak from underneath the doors so we called Shower Doors of Dallas. They dispatched the same salesman who clearly couldn't solve the problem. But, he was happy to get a technician out to replace the seals. The fix didn't work although the salesman did tell us the ledge which the shower enclosure sits on should have been slanted inward. Never heard that before. At any rate, the installed shower is still pretty and it still leaks.

Perfectly measured - compensated for the not so perfect wall angles. 1/8" gap from top to the bottom - from door to glass wall - solid well balanced installation. They installer went over every detail - from how to clean the glass and keep the door balanced. Very professional, cleaned up and had it done as promised. I had a contractor and they never get it perfect. I always get the excuse that the walls are not straight, another words they do not properly measure. These folks only do shower doors so they have perfected the process and it shows in the results. Highly recommend Shower Doors of Dallas.

From our very first contact through the installation process, each person was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their showroom is quite impressive and allowed us to see the many options available. Keith, the salesman, was punctual and very friendly. He was careful to explain the process of removal, cleaning, preparation, and installation. He had several samples of glass and hardware options which made our selections easy. We were notified when the special order glass arrived and scheduled the installation at our convenience. The two-person installation team arrived on time and went right to work They were very professional and took great caution to ensure the work area was kept clean and free of debris. The installers did a great job and there are no traces of the previous framed door enclosure. They, too, were very friendly and were careful to explain how to maintain the new frameless door and side panel. Five stars to the entire Shower Doors of Dallas organization.

Crystal was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the shower doors and fixtures at the showroom. Next, Brandon came out to measure. He had sophisticated equipment to insure accuracy. In addition, his expertise helped very much in making sure that we were selecting the right product for each bathroom. The installation crew did a great job that was very neat and clean. They also advised and helped during the process to make sure we were satisfied with placement before the actual installation begun. THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY TO CONSIDER FOR QUALITY, PRICE AND INSTALLATION.

How'd it go? Awesome. I was moving in to my new home with one day to have work done before move-in day. With both the estimate and install they were very professional, efficient and just kind, good people. Install day was insane as a gazillion workmen were at the house. The install guys were in and out almost without notice. They were just focused at the task at hand and moved on. They didn't rush or were sloppy, they came with a job to do and did it. They confirmed the appointment multiple times.... Loved them.

Excellent customer service, both before the purchase and after the install. We're very pleased with their work and the installers were courteous, fast and cleaned up afterwards. Brandon came out to measure and give an estimate. He measured and explained everything as he proceeded. Keith and his partner did a great job on the install. I had three bids and there's was the middle bid. Their price was very reasonable. But I was sold on the professionalism and help from Brandon and the office staff. Wish all service providers operated this way. I highly recommend them and will be using them again as needed. In my opinion, if you want the best for a reasonable price, call Shower Doors of Dallas. If you go to their office to see the different options for shower doors, ask for Crystal to help you. She is very knowledgable about the different products available.

When installers came to install, we found a minor mistake in the placement of the towel rack. Called the office and with no questions asked, they immediately committed to replace the piece of glass that had been drilled for a towel rack by mistake (even though the installer's drawing showed it where they had drilled them - my drawing did not have them where shown). Bottom line, they finished a partial installation and within 2 weeks they were back to finish the work. Very clean and professional. Probably the best customer service I have received from a company in a very long time!

We give Shower Doors of Dallas our highest recommendation. They were punctual, professional, and skilled. When they finished, they gathered up their materials and tools and left the bathroom just as nice as they found it. We are enjoying our beautiful new shower, thanks to this wonderful company.

Brandon came out to measure when my shower retileing was finished . The measuring was not a simple tape measurement. He had all sorts of instruments checking the levels, etc. Shower Doors of Dallas had installed our other frameless shower door a few weeks ago. It is fantastic. The frameless door changes the whole look. They were prompt, careful and delightful to work with. I of course wanted them to do the second shower as well. Technician (soory, forgot his name), was tremendous. He called to say he had a cancllatiion and could he come earlier. Came within time he said. Came right in and examined the door and made awesome adtjustments and we are good to go for a while. Will absolutely use them once shower door needs replacing.
